First, the pros: excellent location, a 5-minute walk from the beach. Plenty of cafes nearby, and you can even try street food after 5:00 PM. We chose the "luxury" room and didn't regret it. Cleaning was daily. The view from the windows was wonderful. The pool, on the third floor, is not very large, 1.4 meters deep, and clean.
Cons: the hotel is a bit older, with virtually no guests. Because of this, there was no buffet breakfast. They offered either various soup options (but only one type per day) or two scrambled eggs, two slices of bread, and butter. Coffee and tea are self-service. There's a buffet on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (due to the larger number of guests).
