Excellent stay. Clean and hygienic rooms with good room service. I will book this hotel whenever i come to nanded.

The toilet has only one exhaust and that is to the room itself. When we complained they said take it or leave it because already we made the full payment. They had two empty better rooms but they refused to give. The only exhaust from toilet is to the bedroom. I am your customer for about 12 years. The ac room costs less than that. This is called cheating the loyal customer.

The room was spacious and reasonably priced. One issue i had was that hot water was not available 24/7. The restaurant attached to the hotel didn’t have the same management and hence there was lot of confusion if we were supposed to be provided complimentary breakfast.

There were frequent power failures during my stay, no generator system. No tea coffee kettle provided in the room. Restaurant and food was good. Hotel staff was prompt in service. Per night stay seems overpriced. There were frequent power failures during my stay, no generator system

5. Excellent hospitality. Prime location near railway station and civil hospital. All staff are soft spoken and helpful. Comfortable rooms. Washroom, shower clean and efficient. Very fast service and tasty food. Truly enjoyed the safe and cosy stay.

The staff was very polite, prompt and helpful. Even though the rooms were below average they made it up by their hospitality! would definitely recommend this hotel. I have already shared my review. Am i not eligible for 6% discount now?

My room was full of mosquitoes and/or tiny insects. There were blood-stains (from mosquito bites) on the pillows. No water in the washroom during early morning hours. I had to take a cold water bath in the winter. Terrible management!
