All employees were very friendly and helpful. Nice place to relay at the sky bar. Problem is only some days to much children running around and make a lot of noice. The new rooms are very pretty and modern. The food is very good and so many things are included. If you stay longer then it help to buy the Salzburg land card. You can do a lot with this card.

Loved the hotel (quality of furnishings), the facilities (pool, wellness, ski storage and kids areas), location, the food and especially the attention, service and banter with our waiter Tommy (all done in an appropriate, personal and fun manner). We hope that others get to experience the location, service and Tommy.

Just had a great week here. Lovely room, fantastic food and Tommy our waiter could not have done more for us. The wellness area was key in our choice of hotel. It was disappointing to find it over run by badly behaved children. All rules being ignored by parents. Complained to management but nothing changed. Realy missed the chill out after a hard day on the planks.

Lovely stay. Lovely facilities. Lovely food. Everything is just perfect here. I would especially like to thank Tommy, a brillant servant, for his good service and for making our stay and experience at Wagrainerhof hotel fun and pleasant. We will definitely come back here, and recomment the hotel for friends and family.

We stayed at the Hotel Wagrainerhof in July, the location is really great and the a**osphere is very family-friendly. The culinary offering was excellent and you always had the choice of three main courses. If you were travelling with children, there would also be a special buffet for children. The buffet also has everything a gourmet's heart could desire. The staff are very accommodating and friendly and cater to all wishes. Our personal highlight was definitely the rooftop bar on the 7th floor. A wonderful view and just perfect for relaxing after a hike or to round off a day of wellness in the hotel. A clear recommendation from us, we will definitely come back!

Very nice hotel with helpful staff, very good breakfast buffet - one of the best offered during our many travels. Nice room, well cleaned and quickly done.
We used "all inclusive", which we thought was good value. Three-course dinner every evening with good choices among different dishes.

The hotel is on a well-accessible road. We booked for 7 days and got a room that faces the street. You couldn't open the window early in the morning or sit on the balcony later. We reported to reception and were told there were no rooms available even though the hotel was not fully booked at that time. We booked in January and arrived for a whole 7 days when it opened on April 24th, 2022. You could reserve a room in advance for such guests in the new building. Otherwise, we really liked the wellness area, a big advantage, the view from the bar upstairs, the nice waiter, a big compliment. The staff in the restaurant made a lot of effort for good service.
