There was a dead bug on the pillow. You could see dead/smashed mosquitoes on the wall throughout the room too.

Mitchell was friendly & well presented. The modern style to the Family Suites was a welcoming entrance on arrival, with such a spacious king size room. Great to have a separate room for kids. The extra large shower was divine, good pressure (best ever for a motel), plenty of supply of shampoo, body wash, soap and flannels and the towels were so fluffy. The room was immaculately clean and had all amenities as listed. Parking was available on a first in first serve basis, but one for every room. Overall, a great little gem!

Spent 1 night after travelling The Great Ocean Road. We were met by the owner Jess who gave us information on the best sightseeing places to go, friendly helpful lady. The rooms were excellent and spotless and the bed comfy. Great value for money and would definitely stay there again next time.

The hotel owner is very good, recommend the authentic 歺 hall for us, the hotel offers a lot of free drinks and snacks, and also provides me with a charging line, the bed is very comfortable, very beautiful memory
