Very nice hotel right off the beach with easy access to the beach from the hotel. Staff were very helpful with things. If we return to Newport, OR we will book here again.

Exceptional staff, great breakfast, wonderful hot drinks dispenser in the lobby. The hotel is right on the river, and there’s a lovely path.

Had to get a room as roads were closed coming back from a medical appointment in Portland. We had nothing with us for the stay. Front desk guy, gave us toothbrushes and paste. Its the little things that helped the stay better. He asked us at checkout if we needed anything else and told us safe travels back. Made an unplanned stay much better.

Very rude front desk person, calling himself a manager. Stayed there for work, setting up a wedding at the venue across the street.
In the middle of a winter storm. After we checked out, he told us to leave and that we are not allowed in the lobby, we were waiting for the wedding to be over we needed to be somewhere. We Ended up leaving and staying at the wedding but the customer service was just inhumane.

It's consistent with other BW hotels I've stayed at - clean, quiet, friendly service, good breakfast. Love the coffee machine in the lobby! The hotel is next to a beautiful park by the river, close to some great dining in Camas.

It’s close to a port so there’s more noise than usual. Also there was humming noise on and off from somewhere can’t really tell where from!
The breakfast was okay hot and cold and we enjoyed it except it was done at 9 am!

Overall this is a wonderful place to stay. My only gripe was the soft pillows and being able to feel the springs in my bed.

The cleaning of the rooms were not thorough. The lady taking care of breakfast was wonderful. the front desk staff had no energy and was not very pleasant.

Smelled horrible. Highly industrial cleaners smell in the room. Gave my husband a headache
