I have stsyed at rodeway over 100 times since our house burnt to the ground a few moths ago. I left the room cleaner then when i arived. The front desk git new msnagers and staff. They eere all nice except for a woman msnsger. I was asked to vacate and i asked her about late check out for established choice members. She didnt aknowledge and kept her poor attitude even when i xame bsck a few days lster. Very unfriendly. Spoke in a harsh tone. I will never go bsck

I recommend I stay more than a week front desk excellent and housekeepers too and clean I like it

uncomfortable, waterproof sheet beds. no battery in the smoke detector. dirty floor towel and broken tiles in bathroom.

In the middle of nowhere. RV with crazy screaming people in the parking lot. Initial room was unmade and smelled like smoke. The beds are on cora. The towels and linens aeee stained.

The room smelled odd. Not clean. The facilities are reasonably clean but fairly worn out. Quiet and safe.

I was checked into a vacant dirty room , easy fix they switched our room . The next room was clean but had stained comforter stained bed sheet for unappealing. It was late didn’t want to deal with looking for another hotel . So we grabbed a fresh set of linens from the front desk and called it a night

All the towels are not white and very thin turning dark and looking dirty; no facial tissues, no lotion, no conditioner, only one small paper cup with broken plastic bag in the room, just super cheap; the pillows are so bad no support at all; no continental breakfast; the hotel laundry is located close to the front desk, strong chemical smell and looks so dirty; the staff gave me wrong key ( that room was not checked out yet ) when I checked in and all the staffs are not smiling at all, you don’t feel welcomed here. This is the worst hotel experience I have had!

When we first went into the room we were given, the smell was so bad with mold and no telling what else. We turned the air conditioning unit on and the smell got even worse. The HVAC/unit needed a new filter and major servicing!! Where the carpet met the bathroom tile there was an open gap. Not only a trip hazard but debris and other gross objects collected in that area! Then the toilet seat was broken. Closer looking at the shower and the door mold was just painted over. The painting was like some body just slopped the paint on. And the walls were painted, but the trim and doors were sadly neglected. The TV remote would sometimes work and then not. We replaced the batteries and it still didn't work. We tried going to the front desk, but there was a sign that said "Be back in Five minutes." I went back several times in the next hour, but no one showed up. The whole time we stayed there it was disgusting !!!!!!

Broken furniture, freezer didn’t work. Dirty restroom by elevator. Stinky common areas

On the outside, this looks like a nice new place. Nope. It's old, tired, and poorly maintained. The ONLY advantage was it was cheap. We were there for some of Monterey Car Week when every hotel jacks up their prices like crazy. Since we booked in March for an August trip, we paid for 3 nights what would usually cost for one night. The wifi was almost non-existant, there are NO restaurants nearby, the area is mostly industrial. The entrance is poorly marked and they (unlike every other place we stayed) charged us $60 because we got there early. At least it was quiet and a short drive to Monterey.

Ive stayed a couple of times but not for a couple of years. The room was needing some repairs. Even the telephone info sheet was lifting and looked tacky. We were nervous to park in the back but luckily found a spot in front

Terrible place to stay. Dirty towels, dirty bathroom. Everything looks old and destroyed. Mattress was shot, laying down I sank in a few inches. Smoke detector in the room had a plastic bag warped around it, I’m assuming because the last people who stayed in that room wanted to smoke. Fridge had a carton of milk and half can of salsa left over. Would highly encourage any human being not to stay at this property. I would rather sleep in a tent under a bridge than go back to this place.

There were constantly small flies coming out of nowhere, also stain on bedsheet, spider on floor, lots of flies outside the side entrance. Visually in very old conditions.
