Location perfect to get to ball park. Really appreciated shuttle service. Food available close by. Front desk personnel excellent. Having bar open before and after event perfect.

We had a good stay here. Cons: sheets were stained. We had a snow storm but the parking lot wasnt plowed. The thermostat did not work. Pros: very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was decent for $15 pp. Large, clean room.

The room was not very well kept. Maintainence worked on the furnace and filth hand prints left on the wall. No hair dryer in the room and wall in the bathroom had white material wiped all over it.

Room was nice and clean. Had to recall to get room service. Needed trash put and towels. No shuttle service. Rest and bar closef. Booked this hotel for this reasom. New years eve difficult to get rrservation

Joy at check in was a sweetheart very friendly. Location was close to everything we wanted to see or do. However it doesn’t appear that they take pride in their hotel. The glass top end table in the room had something spilled under it that never got cleaned?our towel had a hole in it and the desk chair had a kids hand print stained. The elevator had trash on the floor and there was puddles of water from the pool by the elevator that nobody was cleaning up they just put a wet floor sign in front of it. Also breakfast is 15 per person and it’s not any kind of selection. Go spend it at McDonald’s and get way more

The place was very convenient and clean , only concern was couldn’t enjoy hot tub it was a lot of children all day and night . But overall worth the money

Rooms are nice but the furniture is getting old and needs repairs. No restaurant and they want to charge you for refrigerator in the room. No microwave either. Restaurants is closed also.

Stayed three nights. The place was hopping with holiday parties and only a few employees holding the place together working their tails off always with a smile and helpful attitude. Which is why I won't call out some of the dirty spots in the place because at lease we had coffee and a clean bed.
