Harmony Farm Wayanad

What a wonderful place it is! Serene, in the mids of nature, maintained very neat and clean and very warm hospitality. We reached this place in the evening about 5. The host called us well in advance, asking for food preferences for dinner and cooked awesome Kerala style meal just the way we wanted it all to be! Every morning breakfast was more of a surprise with delicious tasting milkshakes and all home cooked freshly made food served with so much love. This place had so ***y trees and birds, the rock villas are really out of this world; birds chirping throughout the day and fireflies twinkling the whole evening and night. What a beautiful experience. My kid (6 year old) loved the place so much that he didn't want to return back to city life again :). that's the beauty of the nature i believe. We were here for 3 nights; 1 day we took the farm tour, relaxed in and around the property with a little bit of tour to near by town, for the next day the care taker (Sanoop) took us for a 3 hour trek. we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. His knowledge of the jungle, herbs, medicines and every little thing from nature is very commendable. on the last day we went for plants shopping in nearby nursery. The owner of the property herself came ***** to guide us what to buy and what not to. Recommendations purely considering the plants from Wayanad may not withstand Chennai heat. very simple warm and helpful people took all the effort to ensure we had a very pleasant stay. All I can say is that if you are looking for some good time out of the busy city life in the arms of nature and good food; this is the place for you! I would love to visit here again very soon...
