塞罕壩環境優美，空氣清新，廣袤無邊的草原和湛藍透徹的天空讓人心情舒暢。酒店的外觀很有特色，晚上的篝火晚會也很棒，但是服務和衞生對比其他城市四星酒店略遜一籌。房間椅子的靠墊有污跡，洗浴間的衞生用品也不是很充足。

賓館大門到大堂有大約兩百米，車不能開進去，門口的電瓶車門衞小哥指揮也不得力，跑了一天，人困馬乏拉着拉桿箱往進走真是挺崩潰的。房間隔音不好，隔壁孩子玩鬧的聲音晚上很清楚。不過大堂辦理入住的經理非常熱情負責，晚上的演繹和篝火也很有特色，這兩樣抵消了很大的不愉快，要體驗草原，阿爾卡迪亞還是值得一住。

第一次的差評給了我們五星級的阿爾卡迪亞的酒店，開車自駕遊 車不讓開進去 門口服務一般 而且沒有人幫你拿行李！衹有一個帶你進去的小車 不過需要你等好久呢～接着是晚上的篝火晚會 本來抱着很大期待參加 結果全是老年人和一羣小孩在前面羣魔亂舞 根本看不到台上表演 主要是沒有工作人員組織一下秩序 衹有一個主持人在提醒，可又有什麼用呢 畢竟酒店有人沒素質當聽不到 也沒人攔着 ； 圍着篝火吃燒烤 燒烤沒吃上 催促多次 最後告訴我：菜單找不到，我真的會酸Q啊！而且在周圍放煙花 掉下來的臟東西全掉桌子上了 吃生病了我不知道酒店負不負責呢～真的特別令人大開眼界！！！真的很建議大家來住這個所謂“五星級”酒店；最後就是我們酒店最令人震驚的房間啦 我就用三個字總結哦 臟亂差 好牛的酒店～

看攜程顯示五星級，又是旅遊旺季的原因，其他酒店都滿房了也沒有選擇，入住後酒店衞生間返味嚴重，櫃子打開還有一股膠水味道，洗澡的花灑裂開，門鎖能直接給你鎖廁所出不來，酒店管理人員素質很差，在酒店門口跟顧客肆意爭吵，站那聽了一會大概意思酒店客人沒在酒店買煙花就不能在酒店廣場燃放，也理解，畢竟酒店賣煙花也是為了掙錢，衹要説明白就好了嘛。再説酒店有賣煙花的資質嗎？那客人當時應該報警找安監跟應急部門應該查查。這位酒店職業經理人好像叫*總吧，説著一口南方口音的普通話在那大聲吆喝他就是酒店最高領導，在這找誰都沒用，都他説了算。五星級的價格，農家樂的入住體驗。

酒店位置很好，周圍很安靜，夜晚可以看到繁星，而且距離周邊景點都不遠。酒店設施也不錯，但是有線電視網絡不穩定。管家愛娜服務很周到，有求必應，很貼心。

不錯，喜歡靜靜小姐姐，去的前天下雪，因為不確定是否裏面還有沒有雪，管家靜靜小姐姐幫忙看的，安全抵達，因為天氣還很冷房間裏還提前幫忙開了暖氣

五一出行，草還不太綠，但是體驗很好。酒店人不多，但是服務很到位。管家小門很早就加了微信，給我們發了雪景，我們出發前告訴我們雪還沒化，讓我們一家老小非常期待。房間免費做了升級，一早就給我們開好了電暖氣，很周到。
