Nice hotel, great breakfast friendly service. But be aware if you book the business room. According the description the room have a window, what the description don’t say is that the window is small and have in a distance of 1m a wall, which made me feel very uncomfortable and the room dark. For room it that price range it shouldn’t be like that. After talking to the service I got another room with a big window and plenty of sunshine. Thankx to the hotel for that.

1、第一次來濰坊這個陌生的城市，參加風箏節，不清楚酒店的位置，前台李長鳳主動加了我的微信，把酒店位置發給了我，並告訴我該往哪裡走，怎麼走，服務很熱情周到。
2、酒店裝修風格我很喜歡的，處處透着復古優雅，房間也很乾凈整潔
3、前台還有護手霜、濕巾、消毒棉簽等，需要的話可以免費帶走。辦理入住很迅速，指引和介紹也很詳細。
4、酒店離濰坊北站很近，很好打車。不錯的入住體驗，下次來濰坊還會選擇這個酒店

1、第一次入住，看到網上評分高，就打算來體驗一下，果然不虛此行，前台小姐姐和小哥哥服務很好很熱情，有求必應，電話一秒接通，很有耐心傾聽我的訴求，必須點個贊。
2、價格適中，有送入住歡迎水果及碧水灣門票，辦理入住速度也很快！
3、酒店設施齊全，有游泳池、還有擺渡車接送。外圍的院子也不錯，挺大的，停車很方便的。
4、退房時前台李長鳳贈送了一份小禮物和水果，服務周到細緻，下次還會來的，值得推薦！

1、沿着外面的街看去，酒店的房子很有特色。大體分3棟樓，外形酷似城堡，高大的綠植襯託在其中，看上去別緻而經典。
2、一進酒店大廳很有檔次的感覺，裝飾很豪華、氣派。背景音樂竟然是宮崎駿動漫的輕音樂，不是那種千篇一律的鋼琴曲，輕鬆愉快的旋律，讓人聽了腳步都輕了，體現出了管理層的年輕化（我兒子很喜歡💕）
3、前台員工很熱情，看我帶着孩子，辦理入住的時候，給孩子送了水果。大副李長鳳很細心，辦理入住期間就通知客房送一套小童拖鞋和牙具到房間，很貼心、細緻的服務
4、房間看起來很乾凈整潔，預訂的佳悦大床房，給免費升級了零壓房，床墊和枕頭都很舒服。
5、離濰坊北站挺近的，打車很方便，下次過來還住這裏，推薦！

1、服務很熱情 ，我們到的比較早，有房間清理出來了就讓我們入住了，這一點比較人性化。前台李長鳳幫忙推行李，按電梯，把我們送到了房間，服務很周到。
2、房間很乾凈整潔，有個大窗户，看出去的風景很好，院子裏滿眼翠綠，讓人心情極好。酒店裡每一處的花草綠植都顯得那麼恰到好處，拍照超出片的。
3、入住期間還贈送兩張碧水灣門票，超級推薦游泳池，循環水，乾淨衞生，還配有專門的救生員。晚上6點在碧水灣還蹭了頓免費的自助餐，不錯的入住體驗

服務超好，超出預期，有點提供熱牛奶，咖啡，茶水還有水果，隔音情況：非常安靜，因為我平時睡覺很輕，大堂副理莊經理知道後特地給我安排了零壓房，裏面的枕頭跟床墊非常舒服，非常贊，地理位置：離高速路口很近很方便，服務態度很好，很貼心。

1、很特別的酒店，庭院式建築，設計風格滿滿，院子裏有很多綠植，很有園林的韻味。
2、房間住的很舒適，窗簾是電動的，房間裏的拖鞋和洗護用品都很高檔，還有贈送的果盤和風箏小禮物。衞生間也比較大，乾濕分離。
3、大廳乾淨明亮，前台有消毒棉簽和消毒眼鏡濕巾，很帖心。
4、下了一天的雨，外面很冷，入住時大堂副理李長鳳先給了一杯暖暖的紅茶，服務特別的周到，讓人無比舒心。給我營造了一種家的感覺，無論大處到小處都是那麼無懈可擊。
5、酒店價格也很合理，性價比很高，值得推薦。
