The location of the hotel is very convenient and the facilities are very good. The breakfast is rich and meets the 5-star standard. I especially want to praise the service of the hotel. There are spare plastic slippers in the room, and there are small scissors, rulers, and pens in the drawer, which are not available in the 5-star Healthy Golden Bay Licheng Huating Hotel where I stayed today. We booked a room for 3 days in total, 4 rooms per day, and there was a handwritten letter written by the waiter in the room every day, which was very considerate. There was a little fruit and biscuits in the room every day. There was also a warm guest relations service representative at the entrance of the hotel to tell us the correct route for the tour, and also told us that there was a coupon for afternoon tea on the 20th floor in the room!

The sea view room we booked has a very good view. The room is clean and tidy. The front desk staff is warm and polite. Aunt Yunfeng, the room cleaner, is also very nice and enthusiastic. She gave the children fruit and milk. When checking out, the guest representative Xiao Feng also gave snacks and drinks on the way and helped to pick up the clothes left in the room in time. Thank you very much. The breakfast is also very rich. My family and children are very satisfied with this stay. The SPA and afternoon tea provided by the package were not experienced due to the itinerary. If I have the opportunity to come to Weihai again, I will definitely choose Baina Ruting!
