The staff is extremely unfriendly and racist. Evil glances and whispers were directed at us. An outdated Hostal that has a thin mattress, no air conditioner, small showers, and old smelly carpets. The Location is ideal but there are better options just around the corner.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel mitten in der Fußgängerzone mit einem ausgezeichneten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich habe für ein EZ mit einem tollen Frühstücksbüffet (bis 11.30 Uhr!!) und Tiefgarage 104€ bezahlt. Mein Abendessen habe ich im angeschlossenen Restaurant Erbenhof eingenommen. Auch dort war ich sehr zufrieden. Dieses Hotel ist uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen.

Zentrale Lage im Stadtzentrum mit hoteleigener Tiefgarage. Angestellte der Rezeption, Frau Schwab, unfähig, die Wechselsprechanlage am Garagentor zur Ein- und Ausfahrt sachgerecht zu bedienen. Dadurch weder Ein- noch Ausfahrt des PKW´s trotz Buchung und Bezahlung erheblich zeitverzögert erschwert.

Wenn der Charme des historischen Hotels doch nur auf die Dame an der Rezeption wirken würde. Die Dame an der Rezeption war die Unfreundlichkeit und Arroganz in einer Person. Im ersten Moment kam ich mir vor wie ein kleiner dummer Junge und nicht wie ein Gast , dem man eigentlich erst einmal freundlich begegnet, weil ich auch nur eine freundliche Frage gestellt habe. Von Bekannten wurde mir ähnliches berichtet. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse sollten gerade diese Personen sehr gut geschult sein ,, aber vielleicht denkt die Geschäftsführung mal darüber nach
