從來沒遇到過服務這麼差的酒店。居然還上榜某團最佳服務酒店，真的是沒誰了！我們是凌晨2點多到的，到了以後就遇到這個服務員無精打采，一臉不屑的樣子，好像欠你什麼東西一樣，我們還給他説，不好意思，打攪你休息。結果遇到的是一頓白眼！然後中途沒有任何的交集，怎麼説早餐在幾樓，WIFI密碼多少，等等，連最基本的服務用語也沒有！第二天續房，結果遇到更奇葩的！我在前台至少呆了2.3分鐘，那個服務員居然在看**直播，然後弄電腦，當我隱形的！最後我等的真的不耐煩了，就問他，我説客人站這麼久你看不到？你猜她怎麼説？沒看到我在弄資料嗎？噢喲，你這種態度，真的！已經拉黑，永遠不會住！

第二次入住這家酒店，酒店比較新，但沒有什麼異味，很乾凈，舒適度極佳，價格也比較適中，在威遠婆城公園那一帶是相對比較好的酒店咯，強烈推薦。

大年三十最糟糕的一次入住體驗，第二條最惡劣，希望能引起酒店管理方的關注並改善
1、早上一大早本想睡個懶覺，但被走道里持續不斷的聊天吵醒，房間也不隔音，導致無法繼續睡
2、8點左右走到餐廳，餐廳衹有兩位就餐，我就給圖片中的阿姨説煮碗麪，結果阿姨説今天沒有面，我詢問説以前有怎麼今天沒有呢？阿姨説現在正在煮湯圓，如果要吃可以一鍋煮，還給我説要吃湯圓就一起，不要一會兒等煮完了再説要吃，我説那就不用煮我的了，我就在旁邊隨意取了些其他的早餐，吃的過程中發現阿姨和餐廳那兩位吃湯圓的客人原來很熟悉（具體是是不是酒店的領導關係不詳），到這個階段我都覺得沒什麼問題，緊接着餐廳來了一位男士，直接取了餐順便給阿姨説了一聲，給我小孩煮碗麪，阿姨還問是否要端到樓上房間去（具體關係不詳，但肯定是熟悉的人），那位男士説不用了。此刻我有點尷尬！剛剛不是説今天沒有面嗎？怎麼一個小孩子要吃麪就有，並且還問是否端到樓上房間去，前兩分鐘還告知我衹有湯圓沒有面，然後阿姨看我看着她順便也問我要不要煮碗麪，我説可以（因為還是很想吃一碗威遠的麪），其他我也沒説什麼，大過年的沒必要再去問其中的太多緣由，但問題是這種被區別對待的服務真的太誇張了，希望未來其他住客不要再被酒店方的工作人員區別對待，也希望酒店管理方能換位思考被嚴重區別對待的這種感受，千萬不要再遇到吃碗麪還要靠關係、或是靠運氣…..

嚴重差評，最開始在**預訂的，然後到店前台説**價格太低了，不得行，讓重新預訂，攜程價格要比**貴20左右，感覺有點坐地起價的感覺。

公司出差，晚餐結束後就近遇到這家店就住下了，衞生乾淨，配套齊全，住着舒適。房間贈送了早餐，出行離高鐵站打車10來分鐘，也非常方便

週六去的房間安排的走廊盡頭，沒有説任何情況，週日早上，8:20就被外面裝修鬧醒後根本睡不着，和酒店溝通多次，回覆：不是酒店範圍，無法管理，讓保安去交涉也沒有結果，一直吵到中午退房的時候，在房間裏打電話基本靠吼，謝謝免費鬧鐘。

很少給差評，實在不能忍了
辦入住的時候覺得酒店裝修設施都還行，性價比挺高，結果晚上樓板不間斷傳來拖拉重物的噪聲直到一兩點！堵住耳朵都沒法睡！早上八點就不知道哪裡開始裝修，巨大的噪聲 又捶又鋸 躺着都能感到床在共振！退房直接神經衰弱
一棟樓裏不止有這個酒店 觀察了下可能是樓下商場裝修 這陣仗短期肯定是裝不完的 怕吵的千萬別訂

作為一個經常出差到這個地方住這個酒店的老顧客，今天感覺吃了蒼蠅那麼噁心，由於出門的時候上了個廁所，導致退房
的時候超過退房時間十多分鐘，被前台那個毫無表情的服務員一定要扣我超時費，一百多塊錢一晚的酒店，超時十多分鐘扣40，你是缺錢缺慌了吧？我會把我住過這個酒店的訂單挨着逼着點評。
