When I arrived, it was already around 3pm. I walked into the lobby and the lights were not bright, giving people a dim feeling. The lady at the front desk didn't know what I was doing. I waited for a while after checking in, and there was no much communication in the middle. There is a person who should be a management person on the opposite side of the elevator. I got the room card and walked to the room to open the door. There are traces of just dragging on the floor, and there is still a lot of water. The facilities must be praised. Overall, it was not a very satisfying experience.
