I stayed at this hotel with my family for a weekend getaway, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The worker at the front desk during the night shift was rude and racist! He made a scene and was calling us liars! He asked for our IDs and threatened to call the cops! He also insulted our backgrounds and took unrelated ID documentation. We felt humiliated and scared. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The bed was uncomfortable and the TV didn’t work. We expected a friendly and professional service from the staff, but instead we felt unwelcome and harassed. The hotel should train their staff on how to treat guests with respect and dignity, regardless of their background or identity. They should also apologize for their behavior and compensate us for our inconvenience. This was the worst hotel experience we ever had. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

First is all.. the listing is false advertisement! The rooms smelled like bleach and raid. The rooms also looked a bit mistreated. The TV remote never worked we asked for their assistance and for the weekend that we were there no one came to fix it. But the person that checked us in was nice.

El hotel es bueno conforme a su precio; le falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones, sin embargo por el costo está bien. No hay elevador , llevamos un carrito y lo tuvimos que cargar para llevarlo al segundo piso. El personal es amable , pero hace falta quien hable español, creo que por su ubicación es esencial tener personal bilingüe. El desayuno básico (waffles, cereal, leche , jugo , café y fruta). Mientras conserve sus precios actuales es una buena opción costo-beneficio.
