First of all let me start by saying I booked 2 queens and got 2 full/double beds AT BEST. 2nd checkout fine is 12:00pm and it’s currently 10:50am and the housekeeping lady just can’t into our room while 2 of us were still sleeping and my significant other was getting out the shower! I’m sure the desk has a list of rooms that were vacated and we just AREN’T on that list yet! Terrible!

The room was clean, The hotel was clean and looked new inside. The free breakfast was very good- not just cold danish. Starbucks out front! 20 minute drive to UC

So pleased with our stay. This hotel is well-kept and very clean. My sister and I are very allergic to both dust and pets and had zero issues here! The staff was responsive and friendly. “Comfort” lost one star only because the pillows were not what I like- definitely preference and not their fault! The room overall was very comfortable! Would definitely stay at this exact location again!!

The front desk staff was really friendly and the room was clean and neat. All common areas also appeared to be clean. The only negative was the conditioner in shower was empty.

The hotel was very well maintained. I tip my hat to the staff for being very courteous and professional. I had a situation where the room above had young kids that constantly made stomping noises throughout our stay. The staff lowered our rate for the room and made every attempt to accommodate us. I will continue to use this hotel when needed! There awesome!

The hotel was clean and in a safe area; however the beds were too soft!!! We won't be staying here again.
