This property is not for real. Reserved rooms with a deposit in March. Arrived in July. The location is completely under renovation. Trying to get a refund but I suspect owners are in the wind. Fraud

The WORST hotel ever! Filthy carpet & furniture, moldy ceiling & walls, strong odors (solvent & musty) which caused us severe headaches! Ceiling in bad shape, afraid it was compromised far beyond the mold. Too many issues to list. Question: Who would write a favorable review? The owner?

Worst hotel I have ever stayed! Issues too long to list! Filthy, old everything, Nothing as advertised & photos on website must be from 30 years ago. Only positive was location & pet friendly if that’s important to you. DON’T stay here if you have any other choices!

The hotel is a cozy older one, with a great Northern winter vibe. Staff is friendly and helpful. Decor is dated but that is part of the charm. The ambiance is everything! They have a fantastic main dinning room with winter memorabilia, books, and a piano. Room was clean and comfortable. They also have a lodge across the parking lot. Pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was very minimal with muffins and coffee, but great. Used the fire pit with several other travelers which was nice.

We loved our stay at this picturesque inn. It's located along the scenic Tunnel of Trees (Highway M-119) and within three miles of Harbor Springs. The area is a place of beauty with lush forest and glistening Lake Michigan. We're so pleased we stayed at this picturesque and historic inn. We'll definitely return to enjoy the lovely place. They staff was welcoming and very hospitable which added to our wonderful experience. Thank you very much!

No, it's not a brand new commercial hotel chain found on the interstate, it's better! We loved the nostalgia and more importantly the Innkeepers, so kind, warm, and friendly. The rooms were perfect for a night or 2, everything you need, and the inn is situated in a beautiful area and cute town. We'll be back!!
