the Hotel is up to expectation. Chocolate is everywhere and it's delicious! The Restaurant offer daily menu and a la cart. Great taste and high quality of all the dishes. Close by the reception there is a "shop area" where is possible to buy the chocolate creations made in the atelier. Room are very elegant, spacious and extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!

Overall a real delight to stay here. Very comfortable - excellent food at the different meals. The values of the Voss family owners shines through the whole operation. For chocolate aficionados this is a very special place.

A very good weekend escape for my wife and me. Rooms and all around the chocolate are excellent. Pool is a bit small, SPA and Sauna were ok. Breakfast was very decent, staff was friendly and helpfull.

Qie beginnt amn eine gute Bewertung? Mit den negativen Punkten und geht dann zum Positiven über. Beginnen wir mit dem Negativen.... da fällt mir nicht ein. Machen wir mit dem Positiven weiter.... ALLES. Es beginnt beim Empfang, nettes höfliches un zuvorkommendes Personal, das sich die Zeit nimmt, dem Gast alles zu erklären. Zimmer, hier Trüffelzimmer, ist sauber, angenehme Betten, großes Bad mit vernünftigem Zugang zur Dusche. Wellnessbereich, hier nur das Schwimmbad benutzt, ist sauber, hell, gemütlich und lädt zum Relaxen ein. Die Lounge, steht logischerweise, dem Namen des Hotels entsprechend, im Blickpunkt Schokolade. Pralinen, Getränke und Kuchen sind in großer Auswahl vorhanden. Wir hatten hier ein sehr schönes Wochenende und kommen sicherlich wieder. Einen schönen Gruß an das Team und vielen Dank, dass wir hier Gast sein durften.

Es war ein super Erlebnis, wir wurden verwöhnt und überrascht. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Das Thema Schokolade ist sehr gut umgesetzt. Das Hôtel ist sehr sauber, das Essen sehr gut. Wenn man Schokolade liebt auf jeden Fall ein Platz zum wiederkommen.

Ein sehr schönes inhabergeführtes Hotel mit einem netten Pool und sehr ansprechenden, top renovierten Wellnessbereich. Das Thema Schokolade macht das Hotel erst Recht interessant, tolle Idee, um aus dem Einheitsbrei der deutschen Hotellandschaft herauszustechen. Beispielsweise war die Schokocrème zum Frühstück sehr lecker und sahnig, und das bei dunkler Schokolade. Insgesamt war das Frühstück sehr gut, u.a. aufgrund frischer Brötchen, verschiedener Brote und frisch gepresstem O-Saft. Parkplätze sind gratis, das Stadtzentrum von Westerstede sehr gepflegt und nett. Einziger minimaler Kritikpunkt: nach dem Frühstück stinkt die Kleidung etwas nach der Omlettstation.

Das Hotel ist schon wirklich originell..! Hier dreht sich alles um Kakoa und Schokolade. Dazu gibt es in der Lobby viele Möglichkeiten Schokolade in verschiedenen Qualitäten zu testen und über die Herkunft zu erfahren. Der Shop und die nette Cafe - Lounge im Hotel laden zusätzlich ein, Schokolade und Pralinen zu kaufen. Auch im sehr guten Vossini Restaurant, dass zum Hotel gehört, kann man die Schokolade in den Gerichten wieder finden. Man sitzt dort gemütlich mit nettem Service und sehr guten Speisen. Das Zimmer "Praline" war geräumig, sauber, hübsch eingerichtet mit separater Toilette. Das WC mit einigen elektronischen Gimmicks ausgestattet ( die nicht alle funktionieren) sind nicht wirklich notwendig! Das Hallenbad hat eine schöne Größe mit kleinem aber hübschen und sauberen Saunabereich. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und ausreichend. Leider findet man auch hier nur noch mittelmäßige Aufbackbrötchen. Der Frühstücksbereich sollte allerdings demnächst mal aufgehübscht werden, zudem ist die difuse Beleuchtung ungemütlich. Da ist das Restaurant Vossini bedeutend schöner und moderner eingerichtet! Der Ort Westerstede ist sicher nicht besonders hübsch, aber als Ausgangspunkt ins Umland und an die Küste gut gelegen! Ein Hotel für Schokoladenfreunde und besondere Gelegenheiten!
