Checked into room. Bedsheets had unknown stain on them. Looked like blood. I had to call the front desk to send staff to change sheets.

This was our second stay at the Ace, both times to see The Eagles at Smoothie King Arena. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We ate at Josephene Estelle and the meal was excellent. The rooms are nice enough, not luxurious, but comfortable, clean, and
plenty roomy. The location is convenient for walking to where we wanted to go and my wife and I will stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the ACE in New Orleans! in town for a friends birthday and Mardi Gras we were looking for a low key place for dinner after arriving in the early evening and the front desk suggested one of the hotel restaurants-Seaworthy, which was great: fresh seafood, top notch cocktails and friendly service. The room was spacious and stocked with all the necessities and then some. Walking distance to the French Quarter if you are looking for something close but not in the middle of the party. Lovage has solid coffee and breakfast options. I would definitely recommend for either a business or pleasure trip.

Another great Ace experience! Beautiful spaces and helpful staff. Great meal at Josephine Estelle there too. Would highly recommend. Some good shopping in the area too.

The ACE hotel was not just old but poorly maintained. Front desk clerks were sarcastic and not helpful. The one positive feature is that it’s well located but then so are many different hotels within a block of this one.

The service could have been better. We asked for additional towels and they never came. Someone was banging on our door in the middle of the night on Saturday night. We called down to the front desk but never heard back from them. Wait at the restaurant for food was way too long.

We loved the Ace hotel! They were able to allow us an early check in. The bar was so cute and the drinks yummy. The staff was wonderful!
