Blackcomb Lodge is a winter wonder den! Nestled near the slopes, it's all about ski, sleep, repeat. The vibe is cozy chic, and the hot cocoa is on point. Perfect crash pad for snow junkies!

The hotel front desk was rude and misleading. We wanted to cancel hotel reservation because of Road closure due to BC wildfires and they informed us that they cannot do that, only ******* can do that but they will help us. They said that they are ready for cancellation and they are happy to refund full amount if ******* agrees, They even made us call ******* and Write Emails to ******* for cancellation. However, They lie about cancellation policy and they did not have any intention of cancelling reservations or issuing refund. They fail to admit this and communicate this even despite numerous calls. They are saying 1 thing to us and another thing to *******. They could have simply made this process simpler by saying that they will not do cancellations or issue refund. No need for so much back and forth for hours.

The management here was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the lifts, and of stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The room we had was fairly quiet even though we were on the middle of a party town on a holiday weekend. The only complaint we have is about the front desk staff. We requested hand towels be brought to our room, but the person at the desk at the time seemed to only pretend to care. Unsurprisingly, we never were brought towels and when we came back late, we just made due with what we had. I'm certain the managers would have done it themselves if they'd been at the desk at the time.

The hotel is very private and guests who are not staying are not allowed to enter. Very quiet and safe. The facilities of the old hotel are well maintained.

FANTASTIC LOCATION !!! Located in the heart of Whistler Village. 2 minute walk to Fitzsimmons & Gondolas. Staff was super accomodating. Facility is nice and well maintained. Have stayed at BlackComb Lodge multiple times and plan to stay again next time we visit Whistler.

For the price paid, this was a tired property, certainly around the pool and hot tub area. The bathroom has a urinal that is not working. There are stains on the ceiling. Generally not much care put into the pool and bathroom facilties. The rooms are adequate. Location is ideal, but more time and attention should be paid towards the little things that make a stay memorable.

The location to Whistler Town Village was perfect and parking was great! Downside was the staff were incompetent, not welcoming, and unhelpful with the many issues we encountered during our stay.

Great location for Whistler village. Building needs an update and more accurate description of amenities. No work out facilities. Condo is ok, to small for 5, no bedroom, no kitchen area to sit and eat. 10 am check out is to early. Like a fraternity house with to many rules.

The hotel staff were very knowledgeable and very helpful. We were automatically up graded to a very nice suite. Parking was easy and convenient. Everything was close and easy to get to. What a great experience.

Property manager is very unprofessional and confrontational. Left a night early because I didn't feel welcomed. Will happily bring business elsewhere next time.

Comes with a full kitchen but there were no pans, napkins or paper towels. We did acquire a warped pan when asked for at desk but paper towels and or napkins must be purchased at a market. Personnel is spotty at the front desk even when the bell was rang.

The hitel is quite run down for what they are charging. Strands of hair on the sheet on pull out couch. Not sure if they even change the sheets between checkouts. Checkout time was at 10 a.m but the key cards were deactivated at 9:45 a.m which made it difficult to get back from carpark to the hotel to get our stuff so we had to take the long way through the street with heavy ski gear. Not very friendly staff either. The location was great though. I personally will not stay there again. With the price of 650 CAD per night there are definitely better options.

The property is conveniently located in the center of the village parking is directly under the property and easy to access. Security to the building is of the most priority to the owners/managers. Only registered guest allowed to freely move in and out of the building helping to keep our stay more secure.

Overall it was convenient to be able to walk quickly to the base of the mountain and have direct access to the village shops and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. Microwave was not working, and was replaced, but only after multiple requests were placed. At no point did it appear that anyone come into the room for general housekeeping unless we requested it. Parking was an additional charge per night, when it is already a fairly expensive place to stay. Totes itself as going green and minimzing waste, but only provides Keurig and K-cups for coffee (highly wasteful).

I will never stay in this property again. We arrived and the sole front desk person opted to take several phone calls instead in the middle of our check-in. The room was freezing cold when we arrived as the heat wasn't turned on. We turned the heater on and it got warmer but never reached room temperature. In the morning I was unable to take a shower because there wasn't any hot water. When we tried calling the front desk about our issues, they didn't answer. When we went to the front desk to talk to someone about our issues, there was no-one there. They were perfectly happy to take other people's calls instead of checking me in, but wouldn't answer my calls about legitimate issues with our room. In addition to this, the washroom in the hot-tub area was disgusting and our bathroom was clearly not cleaned before we arrived given the hair that was in the tub from a previous guest.
