The front desk service is also very good, very reasonable. The layout of the room is ok, it is a bit small. Although the window inside is only half of the wall, my room is just on one side, so there are two side windows, the view is still very good, at least you can see the light right. The environment is very quiet.

The staff here are fantastic. So friendl6 and helpful. The entire hotel is spotless and the rooms are very spacious. Every room has a pull out couch as well. There are two pools and a jacuzzi which my kids loved. They even have a little arcade. Literally the best hotel experience I've ever had.

The place to stay especially if you are traveling AMTRAK. Right across from the station and also easy access to public transit. Direct transport to Mall of America for only $2 each way. $1 for seniors. Highly recommend this trip. Can take the Trolly from 2 blocks away to a Twins Baseball game as well for the same price.
