The staff weren't too Great. They wouldn't let me Cancel my Booking. & They just took my money without my permission to book another night that I didn't need.

When I booked the hotel, I didn't know how much the pet fee was. When I checked in, I was forced to pay $150 a night for the pet fee. I will never stay here again, and I will never book a hotel through Ctrip again. The hotel and Ctrip are working together to cheat customers.

The environment is very good. It is a very safe area. The hotel can also rent bicycles. The hot springs and heated swimming pool are really luxurious. This large area belongs to this super rich man (very much like Donald Trump). The hotel often holds community cultural activities. The front desk service is very good and very friendly. It is 2 miles away from the scenic area. There are many places to eat and many small shops around. I like this hotel very much. I hope to stay a few more days next time.
