Front desk was nice lobby and room was nice and clean. We were there for my sons graduation from AIT. This hotel was like 10 minutes to get to base and easy to get to. We stayed one night so didnt get to use many of the amenities but highly recommend the stay. On our way back to room we stopped and got pizza and forgot plates. Called the front desk and they had some for us to use. Check in and out was easy

Very clean accommodations with a nice breakfast in the morning. Staff was very nice and property is in a great location for Williamsburg touring.

Excellent stay - helpful & friendly front desk, comfortable rooms, convenient location. Breakfast met expectation - but from an eco perspective, maybe better to find alternative to plastic and styrofoam dishes/flatware?

Dirty stains on pillow cases. Hotel room description says they have blackout curtains - definitely not blackout, in fact the light from the street lights etc kept me up at night. Hotel is right next to the highway which is noisy. The walls are paper thin to the point you can hear other’s conversations in the other rooms. I literally heard someone close their toilet lid while walking down the hall. Had to call housekeeping because they never replenished our towels due to “waiting on the dryer” to finish. Room layout made no sense as the tv was wall mounted in the middle of the room (with no way to move/rotate it) meaning that you had to painfully turn your head whether on the couch or bed to watch the tv. The first step into the room you are right up against the bathroom sink. The included free breakfast was questionable and I’ve never seen eggs replicate a hard taco shell. Lots and lots of issues…however the one positive was that the staff were friendly and nice. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again. I’ve stayed other places for less expensive that were much better quality.

Front desk on check in was amazing. Knowledgeable staff and convenient room to an exit so I could also see my car from my room.

The front desk staff were so pleasant and enjoyable. The hotel was clean the the breakfast was great. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

Bed sheet had a red stain on it but staff was kind enough to provided another one to replace it, other than that everything else was amazing

I like that although it was right off of the interstate, it did not have that, "low tier" feel. The hotel was well maintained, and the staff was awesome.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, it was hot and fresh. During the evening it was quiet.

Hotel was very comfortable and convenient for our stay. We were visiting the area for a family bridal shower. My only complaint was that in a three night stay we never had our room cleaned or towels exchanged. The breakfast was good,there were choices hot or cold. The overall hotel was kept clean and close to a few restaurants.
