Really great experience!! Staff was great. Riverwalk next door was convenient!! Definitely will recommend to family and friends. Room was clean. Breakfast and the kickback hour was amazing. Had a really fun and great time for our little mini vacation this weekend. The shops near by were fun to go into and get souvenirs.

All aspects are good, but parking is inconvenient, and additional charges are required

Service was amazing, friendly staff, clean hotel, room with closed off bedroom fit our needs perfectly. Only negative they are due for matress and pillow changes .

The location on the river walk can't be beat, wonderful ambience in this historic building's lobby and atrium, great complimentary food and beverage every day, pools and spas are first rate.I highly recommend booking a balcony room in the new tower for the space and also wonderful view of the twice nightly light and music and show projected on the plaza church near by.Great experience both times I stayed at the property.

Amazing experience. Hotel is everything, great service, clean and spacious rooms and the rooftop pool and hot tub with breathtaking views at night was exactly what was needed after a full day of exploring,

the hotel hosts several large tour groups. the rooftop pool is wonderful with a hot tub overlooking the city. convenient to bus from airport and riverwalk

Every staff member we interacted with was exceptionally polite, friendly, kind, and helpful. The customer service was impeccable. Clean room, wonderful view, great location. Could not have been better!

We really liked the pool and hot tub! The free happy hour and breakfast makes the experience even better! All the staff members are super friendly! Best place to stay for San Antonio Riverwalk!

hotel was beautiful and location was prefect. Every staff member we came in contact with was so nicer from font desk, bartenders and food service staff. Kickback food and drinks were good. Wish there had been different options for breakfast, It was the same everyday. We had to call for service on our room. Either they never came or they would come to clean around 5 which was when we where getting ready for the evening. We had to call for clean towels and trash removal. But I would totally stay here again.

While the property in general was nice, there were certain details that left a lot to be desired. The pillows were terrible, and the entire family felt more like they were sleeping on nothing then sleeping on a pillow. There were days I couldn’t even tell if housekeeping had come into our room and done anything and other days where Clearly someone had been in the room, but little or nothing was done. On one day one bed was made, while the other was left unmade. I think one out of five days our coffee supplies were actually replenished and the number of towels we had was never replenished so I had to call to receive new towels . We often brought food from breakfast and dinner back to our room and not once were those dishes with food remnants actually removed from our room by housekeeping. I’m not sure if this is just housekeeping protocol, or if our specific housekeeper didn’t do a good job, but it was definitely disappointing. The pool, hot tub, and food service Were all excellent.

The staff and hotel were amazing! Lisa helped us when we checked in. She went above and beyond for us. She called and got us a reservation at a very nice restuarant, when we told her we had been trying for hours to get a reservation. Our room wasn't ready when we got there and she made some adjustments and got us a better room. This way we didn't have to sit and wait for our room to be ready. If you are ever in San Antonio and want a great hotel, STAY HERE!

We had a great stay. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk and less than 10 minute walk from The Alamo and everything else downtown. Staff was friendly and service was great

This hotel is quite unique. Beautiful inside and rooms are clean and comfortable. Free great meals and drinks. Friendly staff. It’s right on Riverwalk so very convenient. I highly recommend this place!
