Excellent hotel. Good quality service. Stayed overnight.

Not bad stay to be honest, just the bed was like a marshmallow and there was really noisy buggers upstairs from my room 106. It was if there was a toddler running around until the early hours of the morning

Not much provided in the rooms, soap and shower gels are being used by all those using that particular room, not very hygienic. First time in a hotel not being provided with individual wrapped items for use in bathroom. Would take our own if ever stayed there again? Not over generous with the tea and coffee only two teabags, they went soon after arrival which meant buying from a local shop to make a cup of tea in the morning. One bottle of water provided for two people again had to buy more. Not sure if room had been hoovered bits over the floor and dust all along the edges of the carpet and side of wardrobe. Furniture a bit dated. Good breakfast menu to choose from continental or cooked couldn't really fault that more than adequate for what we wanted. The meals though for lunch or evening we thought were quite expensive.

Woken up at 6:30 with a lorry reversing with the tannoy system ‘lorry reversing please take care’ Room far too hot and couldn’t cool down otherwise good

Parking is now £10 per night and EV Level 2 charging is expensive at £12.50 per hour. Other than that, the property is very nice and quant.

We were placed in a small outbuilding with guests that had a party onsite. The guests joined each other and we were unable to sleep until they left at 5am. I complained but was only told the guests had now left and our second night should be ok. In the morning of the second day the housekeepers were unprofessional chatting to each other about their hair staring in mirrors etc . I would have appreciated some sympathy from the manager but there was apathy . I never have needed to write a review like this before it could have been dealt with much better if someone took the time to appreciate the situation .

Really polite staff, very welcoming on arrival. Comfortable rooms with a good bed. Bathroom was tired and due some TLC.

Absolutely beautiful, like a fairy cottage, transport in was easy, transport out was harder.

The room was very tired, bathroom door was dirty, room blind dirty carpet threadbare Totally unpleasant experience.

Lovely hotel, room average. Extremely noisy extractor fan in bathroom. Pillows not so good. Had to clear tables ourselves at breakfast to make room for next course. Staff didn't seem interested. Thought £10 to park car in the car park a bit steep!

Great place to stay and the pizzas are fantastic, have stayed here over the years and it has not changed. Rooms are clean and staff really friendly. The hotel has brought in parking for £10 a night and due to the fact it was only brought in the day before they agreed to remove from my bill, excellent service, very professional.

Fabulous place to stop, very comfortable and immaculate. Food was gorgeous and staff were so friendly. Highly recommend.

What a charming hotel in a lovely village. We had breakfast in the morning. Stayed with my husband and daughter was in a put up bed. Everything easy and straightforward. Would stay again!
