Old communist block turned into a hotel of sorts! Kettle leaked all over table in the night, which could be hazardous. Carpet and valence to beds very dirty, above bed light shad held together with tiny paper stickers, which didn’t hold and so it fell apart. No black out blinds so the sun shone through into the room making it very hot, no AC working within room.

Very basic hotel which is what we paid for but it was unclean. Disgusting bed sheets that we didn’t notice until the next day (after sleeping in them all night). We got in late and didn’t expect to have to inspect our bed sheets before getting into bed but what a mistake that was. Looks like old blood? Smeared all over the bedding and we had to change the bedding ourselves using one of the spare single beds that was in the room. Also had to change rooms because our door wouldn’t shut properly or lock. I not stay here or recommend staying here if you like clean, safe hotels.

This hotel was extremely hard to review so please see bellow pros and cons I found. Cons - Bed was tiny, it was a large single bed when we booked a double room. Me and my mum had to share this tiny bed. Wasn’t even a 3/4, the room was really large for such a small bed so we think it used to be a twin and they had taken the other bed out. (Room 213 for ref) - we added breakfast on when we got there but they hadn’t communicated this with the breakfast staff so I had to prove from my mobile bank transactions we had actually paid for breakfast - bed sheets didn’t fit bed and duvet was to small for 2 people to share - Wi-Fi didn’t work on the first day Pros - Bathroom was lovely & clean as was room in general - Breakfast was good but it was very European esk so don’t expect a full English. - we stopped in January where the temperature reached lows of -13 and the room was lovely and warm! Overall not a terrible hotel but wouldn’t rush to go back, staff were friendly just needed a little more communication between each other :)

Lovely Hotel buses and tram station literally on the doorstep. Big room with comfortable beds excellent shower with hairdryer. Staff most pleasant and happy to answer basic question . Breakfast is from 7am to 10 am and is £10 per person which can be paid at reception before you go into breakfast. Best check the restaurant first before you pay £10 to see if there is enough food. It is a buffet and lots of coach trips use the restaurant so breakfast goes quickly. On our last day most of the food had gone but we did have tea and coffee and managed to have a little scrambled egg and ham so £20 for two was expensive. So check restaurant before you pay at reception. All in all very enjoyable experience. Supermarket and shops nearby.

After reading some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive about staying here! I am however to say it was absolutely fine! It is definitely not the ritz, but for the price it was clean and tidy, if you do want super fluffy towels and mints on pillows then maybe it isn’t for you. The staff were nice and friendly and it was in a convenient location. I felt quite safe as a solo traveller. My only criticism would be that the rooms are hot but they provided a fan which helped massively.

Key factor for choosing this place by a travel agent for my business trip (single room, one night, literally 10 hrs) was walking distance from the office... I will definitely ask never to book this place for anybody in the future… don’t know the cost but the standard is worth no more than dozens of PLN, at least I would not give more for what I experienced during the stay. Single room is empty but very basic, no iron, no safe. Seems clean but… towels are gray rather than white, and very used, one has a stain - seemed like blood, unacceptable and disgusting! Bathroom was a mess, broken shower, mold and dirt as seen in the photos. The ONLY positive thing was quite decent breakfast.

The hotel is very basic but most importantly it is very dirty. I would not recommend staying especially with children as it could pose risk to health. There is no air con and it the summer it is a huge problem. The management have no understanding of basic hygiene and cleanliness provision in hotel environment. Whilst acknowledging there was dirt, they did not seem to understand the seriousness of the issue, blaming the housekeeping staff. We were offered another room instead but it also showed signs of housekeeping mismanagement. We were offered a negligent compensation in a rude and dishonest manner. I would avoid due to health and safety risks.

The Boutique’s Hotel (as the sign says) is located at the busy Kwiska tram and bus stop. Access is one of its attractions .... take the 129 bus from the airport, for example ( would recommend downloading transport app Jakdojade ... you can get most places with a PLN 4.00 ticket). The hotel is spartan and most things work (my shower head had to be hand held as the sliding fixture was broken). That said, the bathroom was better than most budget hotels. The bed was fine and the thin duvet was barely enough ... a few extra togs would have been appreciated. TV was all in Polish. Good storage space. Breakfast was normal for Poland but the great number of trades people taking breakfast at 7 am was hard to catch up on ... many items disappearing by 7.15. Although these were mostly replenished ok, some items were not. Within walking distance there is the Magnolia Shopping center ... a glitzy place with many trendy shops etc. Groceries can be bought from Aldi or one of the Biedronka stores within 10 minutes walk. Was super convenient for my week of work.

My second visit in transit, on business, and third visit in general. Adequate price-quality ratio. Nice room, modernly furnished, nice bathroom, location close to the center. The breakfast was correct. In the morning there was a large group of athletes from abroad and I had the feeling that the kitchen couldn't keep up with the service, so I came back in 30 minutes. So it's better not to meet groups at breakfast. See you!

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. After 2 nights, I came back bitten by BEDBUGS and brought them back to my apar**ent. At most, the hotel will reimburse the cost of accommodation, but this does not cover the costs of pest control of the apar**ent (from PLN 1,000) and the costs of trea**ent - PLN 100 for a severe reaction, not to mention the STRESS and the costs of washing, drying all things, blankets, duvets... From the information I received from the hotel, they did a minimal disinfestation of my room and the neighboring room, and considering that they were adults, they had this problem long before and did nothing about it, and do not intend to do anything about it.

My second visit to the hotel and another successful one. The first one was a family transit trip and now it's 1 business day. A nice room of a good standard, a very nice bathroom, a great location - close to the tram, shopping center, you just have to drive to the very center. Good breakfast, good value for money. The room was clean, warm, even had a coffee service. I recommend!

It was my second time there and I would love to go back.
