酒店是在一個小區裏面，房間出乎意料的大，設施很齊全。房間裏面有薑茶，冬天喝了真的很暖個，很貼心。周圍坐地鐵也很方便，吃飯什麼的都有。

第一次遇到這樣不尊重顧客的店家！
早上打電話給我，説要停水，問我要不要住，我確定要住。（攜程也有電話錄音）到達武漢與電話聯繫，店家要我發身份證，幫我辦理入住，我發完之後問了一句廚房有餐具嗎，我需要使用廚房，結果店家要求收費30元，不然不能使用。我很生氣，與店家爭論了一番，結果就是，店家讓我在武漢炎熱的夏天等了兩個小時。最後回覆我的是，這是他們家自己的房子，意思就是我願意給你住是你的福分！
我決定，投訴，並舉證此商家欺騙客户的行為，雖然攜程全部退錢並表示抱歉，而且給予了補償，但我認為這不是錢的問題。
這樣的商家是不配存在的，這種醜惡的嘴臉和對待客户不可一世的態度，簡直無法無天。必將追究到底！

房間很新，非常乾淨，與圖片一樣，離地鐵站很近，虎泉站A出口右轉一點就是小區，我們一家三口出遊，住着很舒適
