哎，酒店那個電梯真不好坐，1.電梯口很小關口很快，進場裏面的人剛出來完還沒等外面的人進去就開始關門，把人撞着。2.經常維修電梯、電梯不大，導致長時間等待電梯。

因為某個大會的原因，選在了這裏。
非常失望。
1，床太硬了，叮呤咣啷的，花點錢換個稍微軟一點的床不行嗎。
2，嚴重懷疑被子枕頭之類的洗不乾淨，半夜還能因為灰塵咳醒了。
3，蟑螂跑啊跑。
4，早餐，真是近期最難吃的，沒有之一。換個廚子那麼難嗎，這個價格了，不算貴業不算便宜了。現在好多酒店都把早餐提升了好幾個檔次，是個趨勢了。
事後服務員追着我要好評，我説這個酒店哪裡配得上你這點執着。

前台小姐姐服務非常貼心、還幫我送行李、房卡我可能不會操作開不了門、直接把我送到房間、一級棒、毛巾也是消過毒的，可以放心大膽用……👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

這是一家非常暖心的酒店！一進店就有一位小姐姐面帶笑容向我走過來問好，並接過我的行李，如果她不是穿着一身黑色的職業裝我還以為是遇到熟人了呢😜
在辦理入住的時候還給我免費升級成豪華房👍房間還配送了免費的水果和飲料。太意外了。值得推薦👍👍👍

已經是N次住這家酒店了，總能給我很温馨的感覺！每次進出大堂都能看到前台小姐姐們的燦爛笑容和親切的問候！房間很寬敞還送了水果和零食。出門也方便，酒店後面就是武漢東站和地鐵口，唯一不好的就是電梯太小難等，我好像每次來都趕上有會議😇

非常驚喜的入住體驗。酒店的接待孫羣芳在上午打來了確認電話，因為趕火車，加了微信溝通，得知我和我同事一起出行需要一個樓層的時候，非常細心的安排了房間，且做了升級，讓我十分驚喜，入住過程中也細心體貼，讓我對這個酒店好感倍增，下次來出差，一定還會定在這個酒店

攜程可以升級到了商務房，説説優缺點
缺點：房間並沒有很大，沒有評價中説的電動窗簾，開始聯繫經理説有洗澡拖鞋，就沒帶拖鞋，去了説沒有，就多送了幾雙一次性拖鞋，其中有一雙發黴了，嚴重懷疑是萬次拖鞋，讓我隔應了好久，感覺腳會爛掉。
衞生堪憂，窗簾側面有掉落的牆皮沒有打掃，馬桶裏有x，這是第一次遇到，因為我們進去了，娃兒爸問你大大了？我説沒有，他指着馬桶裏説這是什麼？我倆都想吐了。
燒水壺裡面有剩下的一大瓶水，不過我不用燒水壺，自己帶燒水壺，別人用可能有點噁心了
隔音不好，入住的時候有個舞蹈大賽，很多小朋友入住，即使是高層，也非常吵，隔壁開水管，這邊能聽到
優點：服務很好，入住前有經理聯繫。入住時有水果（説真的我沒咋吃過送的水果，建議別送了，衞生打掃乾淨就好）開車有人開關門。送了一次性馬桶墊（雖然我沒用），塑料的。大堂有純凈水可以隨意拿，這個挺好的。
下次是不會住了，這次是離景點近，回家了三個人趕緊消毒。
