服務很好，有需求響應很快；
房間乾淨，每天清潔並更換各種用品；
樓下全是飯店，吃飯方便。
缺點就是網上預訂沒有早餐，需要單獨買，不過酒店的早餐不太好吃，旅遊的話建議去附近的小吃店吃早飯。

不堪入目的酒店，酒店前台的態度非常差。從來沒見過態度這麼差的麗楓。
洗手枱廁所一片黃色污漬
每瓶水都要付錢，每天的拖鞋要付錢
這樣的麗楓是在損失自己的品牌形象嗎？
前台和經理的態度都差急了！

不止一次入住該酒店了，衹要到武漢，第一選擇一定是這家，前台服務好，房間安靜舒適，樓下就是吃飯的地方，還有晚上宵夜也很多，不遠處有公交車站。出行便利，離飛機場打車大概半個小時能到，還有停車場。難得的是安靜舒適，特別好的入住體驗。謝謝前台每一位員工，謝謝保潔，熱情周到，素質很高。推薦！

感覺不是直營店，服務和直營店有很大的差距，很晚入住的，在次日12點半退房收了超時費。

可以可以，環境很好，從五環體育中心步行半小時，酒店周圍有便利店燒烤店啥的，出行方便。來看演唱會定的，稍微有一定距離，不過打車方便，看DT演唱會來的

前台小姐姐服務態度特別好，辦理入住的時候還給我倒了一杯花茶，還有熱毛巾，剛從外面進來還挺冷的，喝上一口熱茶暖暖的，房間衞生做的也很好，下次出差還來這家酒店

設施：説是新裝修的3.0版本，房間整體還是不錯的，智能可控，還算安靜，但是衞生讓人受不了，床頭燈頭髮，床單底下的毛髮很掃興
服務：點名批評入住當天前台的那個男生，冷漠且沒有任何服務意識，在電話裏直接説讓人去投訴他🫠後面經理解釋是快走了，還送了店裡的香水，其他人都很好，衹有那個不好🙀
整體住宿還是比較舒適，不過隔音不是很好，其他朋友説隔壁大晚上很吵
