This hotel is very nice, very quiet and good place. Good service, helpful staff, every time they asking you if they need to clean you room or not.
I also want to let you know about their breakfast, it is very nice and you can find a lot of choice there.
This hotel has everything almost: gym, washing room for your clothes with steam machine. When I will visit Wuhan next time, I suppose I will choose this hotel to stay again.
Also location of hotel was pretty comfortable. Near bus stations and important roads.

頁面寫明房型升級，沒有兑現。9點不到，早餐供應時間內，餐廳衹剩空盤無早餐供應。晚上突然停電，且洗澡熱水温度極低，幾乎洗冷水澡。極差體驗的酒店

在武漢住過最糟糕的酒店，也是在攜程訂過體驗感最差的一次酒店。預訂之前就是看中了酒店的各種好評包括服務各方面的過來的，結果一塌糊塗。1.前台服務態度差。明明酒店宣傳頁上有送行李服務，前台卻説沒有這個服務，我反覆説了好久才勉強幫我找保安拿上去，還讓我自己拿一半，真是鬼打牆，一點點服務意識都沒有，整個入住過程前台説話特別生硬，臉黑着，好像別人欠他錢似的，客房來電話了她也是很煩躁的把電話直接掛斷，我也是大開眼界，沒見過這麼任性的前台。
2.入住提前幾天就跟客服強調了睡眠輕留高樓層的房間，結果昨天打電話服務員一臉懵逼房間根本沒留，還是留了當天剩下的房間，那請問我還提前預訂有什麼意義呢？而且留的房間側面窗户前面是馬路，果然很吵，一夜沒睡好，下次不會再來也會讓身邊的朋友避雷！
3.前台微信儷管家愛回不回，回覆內容全看她心情，有點什麼事也找不到她，真的是非常糟糕的一次入住體驗

酒店很舒服，整體設計元素設計師因該有點抄襲上海的一家知名網紅酒店。服務比較冷清，幾乎看不到什麼酒店工作人員。裝修很棒，設計很棒，價格很優惠。但是感覺生意一般。吐槽一下早餐，是短板來着。如果酒店早餐特色做好，會發現，滿意很多。
做生意不易，還是給5分，再接再厲！

帶孩子來武漢旅遊，發現武漢的酒店現在衞生功夫真做得很到位，新開的酒店，環境和設施贊贊贊！莫蘭迪風格特別又雅緻，訂的套房和圖片一致，大人孩子都很喜歡，除了位置稍微偏了一些之外，整體相當滿意，周圍沒什麼飲食店，更加適合自駕或叫車。如果不太在乎位置而是對酒店環境有高要求的建議可以來試試這一家。

第一次來武漢，參加許嵩的演唱會。經過篩選最終選擇了本家酒店，前台非常熱情，大廳內環境非常温馨舒適 適合洽談和打卡，外圍綠化也非常出片。客房內的配套設施和床品以及洗護沐都對得起這個價格，總之沒有失望，非常滿意的一次出行，下次有機會來武漢還會選擇！
