在辦理入住手續的過程中，我瞭解到海庭龍安酒店擁有多種房型供客人選擇。我們選擇了豪華大床房，房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格典雅大氣。透過落地窗，可以俯瞰到美麗的城市景色，讓人心曠神怡。

算高價位的房間如此狹小 連張桌子都沒有 毛巾像抹布一樣扔着 擦了臉第二天就起痘過敏 也沒有吹風機 半夜入住的晚沒精力折騰 就給我安排到最差的轉角房間 一晚上聽着馬路噪音 這價位從來沒見過這麼差的 還以為是20的招待所

酒店前台服務特別差，酒店前台亂收費，攜程上訂單有享受延遲到下午2點退房和免按金的權利，跟前台溝通非要收按金，還不讓我住到下午2點，説超過12點一個小時收30，然後我給攜程打電話反映情況，前台又慫了不敢收按金了，問她還收不收60塊錢的超時費也不敢説話。
酒店設施跟衞生問題，刷牙的玻璃杯破的，上廁所的馬桶旁邊沒有紙，牆上有大片蜘蛛網，洗澡沒有水壓，洗澡水要放很久才熱。
綜合評價，不管是酒店服務，還是酒店衞生，或者是硬件設施都很差。 唯一心裏有點安慰的就是攜程平台，接到我的投訴反饋以後，一直在積極瞭解協調

衞生沒做好，房間隔音不好，隔壁房電視聲音很清楚，床的靠背上遺留避孕套。打兩個電話到前台讓人過來收拾簡單噴撒消毒，
衣櫃裏的衣架上堆積灰塵，需要自己清洗才能使用。

酒店特別棒，是這次來武漢旅遊訂的最滿意的一家。房間無異味，安靜舒適整潔，服務響應特別快。酒店離光谷步行街10分鐘腳程，特別便捷，對面是湖北開放大學。下次來還會選擇！

房間衞生乾淨，就是浴室的燈有點太暗了，地理位置優越，距離光谷步行街非常近。酒店的服務質量很高，入住前致電詢問顧客有什麼房間要求，儘量滿足，前台小姐姐很親切，態度很好。下次還會來入住。
