前台很奇怪，幾個人都在電腦前坐着，但總歸有一個是不能處理事情的。辦入住時是這樣，退房寄存行李也是。兩個前台硬要一起處理一個開發票的，也不來一個人處理下其他顧客。
臨湖的房型，整體設施比較老，看離地鐵近才選的，外觀像那種上海吃年夜飯的老酒店。空調一點用沒有，風的聲音倒是很大，顯示器寫了室內22度，但房間一點不熱，因為風大甚至感覺比外面還冷。
廁所是透明的，透明玻璃上稍微貼了點格子貼花紙，但沒有任何用。而且廁所離門極近，但凡有人要開門，且有人在上廁所，那基本就看光了。
一次性拖鞋有一衹是壞的，給前台打電話要了一雙新的，很久後拿了上來，結果有一衹又是壞的。
唯一比較好的是阿姨打掃衞生比較及時，掛了立即打掃的牌子，晚上回去看到已經都打掃乾淨了。

優點:酒店位置不錯，距離黃鶴樓、長江大橋、大成路都是步行可達，周圍吃飯買東西都非常方便。早餐也很好，特別是牛肉粉和麪，非常好吃。房間面積大。
缺點:原來應該是個老牌酒店，設施稍微有些老舊，但是還可以接受。

領娃來武漢玩，沒想到能住到這麼合適的酒店，位置合適距大成路和黃鶴樓都很近，離地鐵四號線也很近，院內停車場位置很多。下次再來武漢還會選擇住這裏。
