The hotel was really lovely. The location was really convenient, since it’s so close to the metro. The staff was very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast as well. All around a great choice!

Very clean but also very noisy hotel. Can hear other guests in the corridor and work people speaking loudly in the store behind hotel, even at 03:00am. Wouldn't recommend for vacation, a short 12 hour business stay is more suitable. Pillows are not very good also!

體驗感非常差的一次住宿，連帶着對武漢的印象也打了點折扣，雖然酒店設施還算比較新，但是服務和衞生衹能給差評，第一天下午五點多到達維也納辦理入住，被告知因為房間爆滿，還沒來得及打掃，需要等待一個小時，好吧，那就等吧，等阿姨打掃完，走進衞生間就聞到一股尿騷味，問阿姨，説是倒了祛污粉，是祛污粉的味道，説給你噴點空氣清新劑吧，好的，一切都忍了。第二天我們出去遊玩下午三點多回酒店，一進房間，垃圾滿了，房間也沒人清掃，來到總枱和她們理論，又是解釋客人太多了，來不及打掃，大姐啊，這不是理由啊，你客人多，和顧客有什麼關係，難道要客人來給你們的服務買單？清潔阿姨服務人員要跟上啊！天天都是這種解釋合理嗎？我老公説要找你們總經理反映問題，一個小姑娘説我就是總經理，哎呦媽呀，真的是被雷到了，又是等了半小時，總經理説，送你們早餐券已表道歉，但結果是根本沒有給，當然我們也沒去再問要，這牽涉到一個誠信問題。第三天早晨出門，我們特意把打掃衞生的牌子掛在房間門把上，希望回酒店前可以打掃好，哈哈哈，這家酒店是真的**，下午三點多回來又是沒打掃，又是大堂等了半個小時，你説武漢這幾天這麼熱，客人外面玩一圈，就是想回來好好休息的，結果又整這一出，我在想買彩票也沒這麼巧，還是這家維也納就是這樣的服務，而且連着幾天回來都有工人在刷走廊的牆壁，味道賊大。退房那天，也看到有客人在和前台服務人員爭論不休，哎，這家店我也是服了，強烈不建議入住，前台姑娘的態度很有問題，衞生和服務堪憂，跟不上！非常抱歉，第一次給打這麼低的分！
