Would rate them higher if they did not suddenly tell all their customers to leave because of some kind of work.
They gave no real explanation and expected you to leave when you had paid for days . All they said was ask Ctrip for refund.
Absolutely shocking behaviour.
How can a hotel literally make their customers leave in the middle of a pandemic and lockdowns?!
Would not recommend at all.
They might tell you to leave in the middle of the night.

房間的面積與設施設備遠超我的期望；前台每個員工的服務都非常到位，能預判我的需求及主動告訴我想要的訊息，衹是可惜忘記她們的名字了，每次進出前廳都主動微笑打招呼；在十字路口，出門就是交通主幹道，出行十分便利。

衞生：見圖一，一衹蟑螂橫卧於我走向床頭的必經之路，看圖，勝過一切形容
設施：有蟑螂不怕，人家準備了蚊香，拋開是否管用，心裏是個安慰。可是，繼續看圖2-4，蚊香是橫插電源，全屋支持橫插的電源衹有在兩個床頭，所以ibis除蚊的手段，就是薰死房客？
環境：給的最高，因為確實在路口。不能給太高，因為確實住在臨街的朋友們遭遇了風水大忌“萬箭穿心”
服務：給了意思分，這家店的績效考核成效卓著，每個店員無時無刻不勾引你“去攜程，入華住”還不明説，非惹得我們漂亮的同事，經過十幾次點擊無果之後，臉紅脖子粗的和前台在夜裡一點吵一架，才算收斂。至於保潔阿姨，淳樸的讓我想致敬。電梯打開，阿姨見到我在裏面，完全否定了希爾頓那種“讓客人先使用”的原則，一句“往裡點，讓我擠一擠進去”彰顯快捷、簡陋、華而不實的服務理念。
全客觀，不刪、不改、別公關。

概況：極差、從前台服務到房間環境；
服務：前台服務人員基本不懂什麼叫服務、兩次出差入住、兩次前台出問題、棒棒噠；
環境：毛巾浴巾多少年不換了？看着就是小旅館的水平、節約成本、不錯；
價格：攜程價格高於自己的平台的定價、入住過程中想盡辦法讓房客在平台註冊會員並下訂單（一點兒不管顧客明確表示衹想盡快辦理入住、並不想註冊的提示）、厲害；
總之：位置不錯、浪費了、再來住一次算我輸！培訓一下吧、或者找點兒長腦子的人。。。

前台服務超級超級差。凌晨2點去開的房。説好了下午2點退房。結果前台12點就催我退房。中午下去買個東西沒帶房卡。名字房號身份證號碼都報給前台了。而且還穿的酒店的拖鞋下去的。就是不給刷電梯卡。服務那覺一個差。房間臨街真的超級吵。問了前台能不能安排不臨街的房間。直接説你加錢就可以。房間的拖鞋一拆開真的好臭

酒店位置很好找，我們是開車來的，一下高架橋就看到了。停車位也很多，而且是免費的。服務人員很熱情，房間寬敞明亮，有洗衣房真是太方便了。早餐品種也多，離店時還幫延遲了兩小時，真的很贊
