酒店位置在蕪湖步行街大境湖邊，周邊無比熱鬧，但開車進出有點麻煩，因為附近有大型圍擋施工，很多路都封閉或者單向了，不能按導航的走，走二街順時針繞進去。酒店自帶地下停車場，但貌似不是很夠用。房間很大很不錯，帶陽台，可以看到湖景，熱水空調很足，瓶裝水也任喝，早餐也很豐富，咖啡牛奶豆漿炒菜涼菜酸奶水果一應具有，還有現煮餛飩麪條。要説不足嘛，就是附近工地，白天打樁有點吵，但晚上不會。另外，也是因為施工，附近道路非常大的灰土，有點煞風景的感覺。酒店服務很好，住了5天，其中兩天電梯壞了，還退了50作為補償，誠意滿滿。

房間打掃和以前比差太遠了，以前出差經常住，上個客户留的洗面巾還能在裏面，和前台溝通能不能延遲2點，告知我我預訂平台沒有好評功能沒辦法給你延遲.以前不是這樣的服務現在哎，外面施工聲音太大，失望了，我車票可以改簽但是這服務和以前比有點差距了

房間不怎麼乾淨，沙發上全是毛，門口在修路，晚上有點吵，早上去吃早點，感覺廚房的人很隨意，一會出來端杯豆漿喝，一會自己下碗麪，拿個茶葉蛋還挑挑撿撿，體驗感很差

衞生看着整潔，但是裏面一直有股味道，想着價格在那睡一晚沒事，第二天起床發現腿上長了圖片這些疹子，想着就是酒店不乾淨，過天把就沒事，但是回來兩天越來越癢，去看醫生，醫生説是細菌感染，心裏頓時萬馬奔騰

酒店地理位置好，外面就是鏡湖。露台大床房景觀不錯，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，早餐性價比高。停車場在酒店旁邊的地下車庫，沒有電梯上一樓不太方便。

第一次在攜程給差評，是因為實在受不了了，門後面地上好多頭髮絲，衞生環境堪憂，30度的天氣不給開中央空調，窗户也沒有紗窗，都不敢開，怕有蟲子飛進來，太差了，不知道這麼多的好評從哪裡來的
