古城西安，名校交大，被一家酒店毀了聲譽。
1.銹跡斑斑的浴缸，服務説掉瓷了。
2.浴缸的塞子是壞的，換了一家依然是壞的。來個值班經理，一言不發衹去弄那個塞子。根本不與客人溝通。
3.2002年開業的酒店，值班經理都承認已經二十多年了，但是攜程網是明晃晃寫着2019年開業。酒店方辯稱“那是行政樓”。請問：你行政樓新建，能拿來做客房的噱頭嗎？不是虛假宣傳是什麼？
4.古董電話許久沒見過了，可惜沒有聲音。對此問題服務員理直氣壯：已經修好了。毫無歉意。

房間設施感覺有很強年代感，浴室淋浴頭固定一動不動，淋浴沖洗不是很方便。就是去西安交通大學興慶校區南門極其方便，走路幾分鐘就到。

房間乾淨整潔，但是略有不足。首先，Wi-Fi密碼最後是個“。”，蘋果輸入密碼自動切換成英文輸入法，打不出“。”；其次馬桶附近有一點小異味，但是多沖幾次就沒了，打掃衞生時可以多沖洗一次；酒店大堂雖然有很多地區的時間，但是看了一眼都是錯的，沒人調。

e區肯定是不行的，很破舊，不便宜，而且攜程預訂被前台女服務員猛懟！
我詢問能否開票，直接懟我“你又沒給我們付錢，我們沒收到你的錢，你付給平台了，找平台開票去”！
聲明我住的e區房間，確實攜程訂的，我錯了，我住了南海大酒店e區，我的無知導致我沒有給酒店付錢住了一晚，嚇得我不敢再住，果斷退了，我害怕酒店發現我沒給他們錢，住了他們的房間！
確實被e區酒店前台女服員教育了！全中國酒店住了那麼多，頭一回被一個服務員的回覆嚇壞了，我沒給酒店付錢住了酒店，後怕
