🔔服務：前台服務比較積極，怕我們麻煩，幫我們去邊上便利店買了水還給送到房間。
🚗 交通：距離地鐵口比較近，出行還算方便
🍃環境：房間小了點比較緊湊

房間很乾凈 位置也挺好 去鐘樓鼓樓步行也就十幾分鍾 去回民街二十分鐘左右 坐地鐵公交也很方便 前台小姑娘也很熱情 看見客人都會問好 保潔阿姨也很熱情 周邊有個柳巷麪挺好吃的

房間挺大，乾淨衞生，位置很好，性價比高，到回民街走路大概20分鐘，最主要是有免費停車場，停好車去鼓樓站裏坐地鐵去大雁塔，芙蓉園，不夜城等很方便，值得推薦。

房子就在位置在吉賢巷巷子口，挨着新城廣場和東大街。出行是很方便的，白天起床可以到新城廣場喂喂鴿子，中午了到巷子裏品嚐一下好吃的柳巷麪，晚上可以到鐘鼓樓拍拍照。
再説説酒店的特色，如果是帶小朋友來的，在前台可以問前台服務人員小朋友專屬的小拖鞋和小牙刷，因為已經到了夏天，前台還準備了好喝的酸梅湯。出了電梯客房的衞生阿姨也很熱情的跟我們打招呼。這個酒店有種賓至如歸的感覺。尤其前台人員會細心詢問你的需求，點贊

很好的一次體驗,酒店設施合理,乾淨整潔。入住時前台還給升級了商務房間向陽麪的，中午太陽🌞照進來整個房間都暖洋洋的，特別舒坦。24小時熱水也很給力，温度隨自己調節，沒有忽冷忽熱的那種。房間2個瓶裝水免費，不夠喝了給前台打電話當即就安排人給續上了呦。房間整體我們都很滿意[呲牙]
然後重要的事來旅遊嘛就想找個去哪兒都方便的地方住，這個酒店位置非常好，樓下過去幾步路就是騾馬市步行街,離鐘樓 鼓樓 小吃街都方便。附近出租呀 公交呀 地鐵6號線 2號線乘坐也都方便，有什麼疑惑前台都一一給耐心解答，避了不少坑。很奈斯很奈斯！

1、我和我朋友入住後隔天早上起床發現床上莫名其妙有一件不屬於我們任何一人的一件短袖，跟酒店反饋後至今不知道那個件衣服為什麼出現在我們房間及衣服是誰的（26日早上發現）
2、我們續住後（26日），酒店給我重新換了房間，檢查後發現床單不乾淨，酒店阿姨來更換被罩時態度惡劣。
3、26日晚，我朋友洗漱時發現洗漱台水管漏水。
綜上所述，此次酒店給我的體驗感不好，酒店衞生很差，酒店阿姨態度惡劣！

很好，房間很乾凈，前台很熱心，住的607，這個房間蠻安靜的，沖就完事啦。
（去哪都很方便，鐘樓步行15分鐘就到了，距離西安事變的博物館也很近步行個20分鐘吧）
