The staff don't speak English, the guy standing receiving guests is very kind and polite, not like the receptionists. Cleanliness of the room was fine, except for the carpets that were very dirty and stained. The Internet worked well. The gym was good enough. It doesn't have a spa nor a sauna.

Wifi 不好使，調到凌晨將近1點也不好使，告訴我換房間也是這樣，環境也臟，可能因為太老的緣故，邊邊角角縫隙裏都是灰塵，而且空調不好使告訴我有地暖，但屋子裡卻很冷！

本次出行住的最舒服的酒店，前台小姐姐服務特別舒心，幫我定了標間，房間特別寬敞，特別乾淨，由於嗓子不舒服，打掃衞生的服務員還特意多送兩瓶水，下次出遊還來這家酒店，出門交通很方便，2號地鐵站，直達車站，後來出去玩叫車也很方便，下次還來

1，到店晚上11點多，房間取電槽老化接觸不良，房間沒電，上下折騰2次換了新房間。
2，新房間電有了，洗澡時的熱水忽冷忽熱，在20度-60度之間來回轉化，明顯是管道熱水閥老化，累的很，不想折騰，不換房了，勉強能用，水冷和熱的時候躲遠點就行。
3，房間WIFI連接一段時間後肯定會斷開，房間WIFI信號就找不到了，打電話詢問，給我的答覆是，你自己家WIFI也會斷呀，房間WIFI斷了就連其它房間的WIFI，能連上那個就用那個。這個回覆把我氣笑了，但實在不想跟一個老姐姐爭論WIFI這種技術問題，算了，我熱水都不計較了，計較WIFI幹嘛。
總的來説，這是我最差的酒店體驗，沒有之一。
房價是不貴，但是更便宜的酒店我也住過，基本保障還是有的。
這1分是獻給你們這種明顯擺爛的心態，還不如關門大吉。

服務：入住前台服務差 一開始説可以免費升級房型 讓我現場給個好評 因為當時評價不了 然後説升級不了了，説退房時給個好評送個杯子 還有就是按金頭一次見到收按金收的比房費還貴的
然後打個結賬單前台還打不了 還得找別的部門 蓋個章子前台也沒有 還要找財務
酒店規模那麼大怎麼一點點小事都得找好幾個部門 真是不嫌麻煩 老闆請那麼多員工 沒一個幹實事的
你們招人不做酒店培訓嗎 前台禮儀呢 客人過來住店不是來受氣的 店長幹什麼吃的 經理又在幹什麼 嚴重懷疑你們的能力 要是不會的話 去學學人家酒店的管理 任何一家酒店都比你家酒店強 你看看你家差評有多少 説的什麼 你們管理人員就不看看的嗎 我估計你們那好評都是前台把手機拿過去自己點的 這麼做是坑客人嗎 坑的還不是你們店裡 吾日三省吾身這個道理不懂嗎 不從自己店裡找問題 要再多好評都沒用 客人住酒店感覺到了不用你們要好評 自己就想着給你們點了 這不比你們要好評要強

第一次入住四季華庭酒店，地理位置優越，坐車去機場，高鐵站，火車站都很方便，感覺很好，疫情期間該酒店做的非常到位，掃碼，行程碼，測體温，消毒，👍讓人入住非常放心，進入大廳服務人員也很到位，值得表揚，客房裡麪衞生很好，消毒工作也做的很好，按時消毒，裏面温度也合適，總體感覺很好，下次還會選擇這家酒店，同時還會介紹給身邊出差的同事。
