The hotel is very close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk away, you can take the subway to the various attractions and convenient transportation. There is a lot of snack shopping on the edge of the Kaiyuan Mall next to the clock tower. The cleaning staff of the hotel are very responsible. The cleaning is very clean. It is comfortable and convenient to live in the hotel. The only drawback is that the elevator and corridors are too hot, and everything else is good.

店員超級有耐心，非常温柔，態度超級好，我們的wifi連不上，及時就幫我們修好了，還送給了我們礦泉水！交通非常便捷，出來旅遊很方便，樓下就是地鐵口，超級nice!酒店整體也很乾凈。西安之行圓滿結束！開心！

這次住宿體驗特別好，最大的便利就是位置。來西安親子旅遊，重點不是在賓館睡覺，出行方便就很重要，酒店就在鐘樓地鐵 k 出口旁邊，實在是方便。
再説環境，雖然在商業街口，但睡眠基本也不吵，設施也很乾凈，還方便早餐和夜宵，哈哈。
服務決定入住體驗，前台很貼心，有什麼要求都儘量滿足。
最後當然要説價格，真心比同等酒店要實惠，這次時間不夠，下次到西安還到這個酒店來。

衞生：很差，房間地面很粘，味道很大，應該是沒打掃乾淨，不是下水管道味道，是臭味，打掃衞生時的問題，尿味很重，馬桶很臟
環境：設施有點陳舊，空調不製冷還漏水，晚上把人熱暈
服務：一般，不是很熱情，去的時候前台還在那裡玩手機。不建議體驗，除了位置好，價格真不值那個價格。

酒店很乾凈，服務到位。前台和保潔大姐都很熱情耐心，物有所值。這間酒店衹是晚上外邊噪音大一些，因為是在商業街，有酒吧夜店，不介意的話可以選擇。交通非常方便，住這裏去哪裡都可以。
