Pretty and clean, big spaces, friendly staff, package comes with hot spring experience! Can improve on the following: heated toilet bowls would be nice for winter, and perhaps provide guest laundry especially for longer stay guests.

We arrived at midnight and although I
Had a booking confirmation reference, they insisted they didn’t have our booking, I had a number to contact if problems arouse for hotel to ring? They said they couldn’t because the number wasn’t in china . We had prepaid for 3 nights and they insisted we paid again, then they couldn’t use our credit card , which we had used in the previous 2 hotels,after an hour and a half we finally managed to get our tour guide to talk to them and arrange some accommodation. The following day they found our booking . We wanted some milk in our room on arrival and they said they didn’t have any until the morning.

The hotel is wonderful, I recommend it! Service at a very good level, very attentive and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, cosy, beautiful panoramic view. Not far from the hotel you can visit the museum Terracotta Army. Thanks for comfortable accommodation and attentive professional service!

The hotel staff is very nice. The rooms are beautiful. However, the soundproof of the room is extremely bad. I could hear people next door talking as if they were in my room.

The experience of personal hot spring is very satisfactory. The hot spring is located just outside the room and can use it any time in the hotel.
Location is very convenient, about 10 mins away from express way exit. There are lots of local foods around the hotel that can enjoy.
Service is not bad. It could be better if the mini bar could have more drinks, especially alcohol.

和老爸一起入住的，訂的是標準雙人間，包含了雙人温泉和雙人自助早餐，非常的愜意。因為30號爬了驪山，爬上去爬下來，感覺整個人身心都放鬆了，所以到了驪山苑門口還非常自豪的和接引的小哥吹噓自己非常厲害，小哥豎起了大拇指，並且説可以給前台電話，有那個接送小車可以坐（畢竟酒店外門口到辦理入住的驪山苑是有一段距離的
ε-（´∀｀; ）），辦理完入住之後，擺渡車送我和老爸到了華清苑，雖然房間內部不算是非常大，但是很乾凈整潔，進行了沐浴清潔之後就到玉泉苑去泡湯啦~因為我們選擇的時間很好，所以人少hhh,因為人少，所以有一些池子沒有開，但是不妨礙我和老爸的興致（๑╹ヮ╹๑）ﾉ。我們從低温度的泡到高温度的，期間還穿插小魚療（前台打電話問體驗感覺的時候小魚正在親我的腳丫，癢的不行，所以忘記人家問的啥我怎麼回答的了）和“鐵板燒”（實際應該叫汗蒸房吧）ꉂ（ˊᗜˋ*）。個人推薦的是玫瑰花瓣的池和女**還有菊花的，晚上泡完温泉以後回到房間沒一會，就收到了酒店送的果盤和小曲奇。我爸説爬山他覺得腰有點痠痛，泡完就好了，我倒是沒有那麼明顯的區別，畢竟我的體力太差了，哪怕泡了温泉……第二天我完全直着腿走的一瘸一拐（=´口｀=），第二天的早餐，我和老爸吃了好幾樣不同的，個人更推薦牛肉米粉和小包子👌。離店的時候正好是五一第一天，所以肉眼可見的有挺多人，似乎是有老年人在這邊療養？能看到大爺在打太極。標間適合普通情侶或者單獨旅行遊客，帶小孩子的遊客可以選擇家庭房，不過入住之前酒店有打電話問我幾個人，需不需要加床，所以標間加床也行，當然也有預算更充足的選擇（比如私湯別院）最後建議：炒米飯可以炒的更好吃一點，哈哈哈哈。

非常不錯!服務很周到，洗漱用品也挺好，超出預期。前台小姐姐給安排了帶陽台的房間，非常適合帶孩子。地段也挺好，出門吃東西很方便。酒店有電瓶車接送，叫車也很方便。已經推薦給朋友，下次來還住。
