非常不滿意！
1.我自行到達攜程上邊寫的地址，打電話給老闆，什麼也不和你説，很不耐煩的叫你下樓，然後開着車帶你到處轉悠找房間。。。這在入駐須知中絲毫沒有提到；
2.我訂的普通大床房，攜程上寫了是獨立衞浴喔（見圖一）！房東阿姨帶我帶了一間公共衞浴的房子，我微信問她，她沒房間了就騙我，説普通大床房是公共衞浴（見圖二）。
3.態度極其囂張，被我識破騙局後，直接和我説，那退房吧。要知道，那可是晚上十點多，這個點旁邊根本沒有什麼酒店。
4.這個房東套路很多，把你拉上車以後，先和你套近乎。問你是來這邊做什麼的，和你一頓聊，給人一種很親切的感覺。
5.該房東自稱接待過很多來西交考研的同學，還説她認識西交的很多老師，會幫學生們熱心調劑。我認為這是她害怕差評，對學生們口頭威脅自己認識西交的老師。

民宿老闆人超級好，服務很熱情，雖然自己開了好幾個民宿的點兒，但是服務還是很及時的。對女性很照顧，特意給我安排了一個清凈的，一起住的人素質很高，都是西交大的學生，四室三衞，很乾凈，客廳很大，很舒適。走着十分鐘到交大了，附近有挺多可以吃的小店。整體能滿足生活需求。

民宿開在了小區裏，是普通居民房改造的，沒獨立衞浴，店家用毛玻璃將客廳分割，就變成了雙人間，這導致了遮光效果非常差，衹有有人在外面開燈，屋裡就會很亮，早上太陽升起時，屋裡同樣也會很亮，非常影響休息。
