The hotel was very good in all aspects. The two male customer service staff had a very good attitude. There is a restaurant next to it, and the taste is not bad. Although the parking lot is not big, it can solve the problem. The bed is quite big compared to some hotels. The robots that go up and down to deliver things are cute.

超級差的酒店分享給大家看看：第一天3月22日晚上21：26入住602，有一張床被人睡過，我要求換房間，前台説沒有一樣的房間了，要不就幫忙換床上用品，然後進來一個保安大叔説，保潔阿姨下班了，他來換床上用品，然後非常不專業地換被套，接着我家人看不下去了，就幫忙一起換（圖8），最後發現被套尺寸拿錯了，太大了是大床房的，保安大叔又拿去換，結果拿過來的被套換上去時看到🈶大洞（圖7），床單也太大，根本塞不進床墊裏。我去前台反應了，於是説換兩間房吧，403和417，403浴室下水道道全被前面的住客頭髮塞住了，我家人自己掏乾淨了，淋浴水才留下去了，不然都溢出來了，窗户把手苟延殘喘地鬆垮着。417設備很不匹配衞生很差（圖5和圖6）洗澡了洗一半是冷水了，我電話前台看看，結果又是那個保安大叔來了，開了水龍頭説不是出熱水熱水了嗎？我後來調試了好多次了才整明白，原來是酒店龍頭裝反了，淋浴房的龍頭H是冷水，C是熱水。結果我洗了熱水+冷水澡，感冒了。第二天這些情況反映給前台，小哥説再換個房間吧610，610房間很臭，是下水道返上來的臭味，電視機的遙控也沒有用，開不來電視機，沒有洗漱用品等等情況又反映給前台，前台説請工作人員上來看看，原來又是那個保安大叔，保安大叔第三次來了，見到又是我都不耐煩了，沒有用遙控器，進房間就直接手按電視機下方的按鈕，説這樣子就行了。我也是無語了，忍了一夜的廁所臭味。
我一般情況都是好評或者不評價，但這家漢庭酒店我一定要評論了，忍無可忍！

太好了，沒想到定的這個酒店價廉物美，服務態度好，離開西安城牆，永興坊都很近，步行就可以到，地鐵6號線就在旁邊，因為飛機的問題，需要延後點離店，沒想到店員一口答應了，體驗感太好了！

第一次來西安，選擇漢庭，覺得它乾淨，每次出行我都會選漢庭。這次帶爸媽出來玩，選擇家庭房。比南方漢庭房間小了一點，衞生間也是。可以接受。給酒店提個建議，房間wifi老是斷。
