I never like to comment, and I don't give bad reviews to businesses easily, but this hotel's price is really inconsistent with the online reviews. It's a pure scam. Looking at the pictures on the Internet, I thought the whole building was a hotel, but it's actually inside an office building with only a few floors, so you can imagine the sound insulation effect. If you want to sleep in when traveling, forget it. Secondly, the hygiene is really bad. The bathroom is dirty as if it hasn't been cleaned for hundreds of years. It's disgusting. There are not even toiletries included in the room price, and you have to pick them up at the front desk. Because the room you booked didn't have breakfast, the guy at the front desk said that breakfast would be provided but you had to give them a good review. I guess that's how the good reviews on the Internet came from. What's even more disgusting is that the bath towels are so dirty like rags. The air conditioner is so noisy at night that I can't sleep at all. And they dare to charge more than 600 yuan for this. I went to Xiamen and stayed at Ruiyi and this hotel. The price is the same. Other hotels have standard 4-star service, but this hotel is really bad. They dare to charge the same price as star hotels. I guess they are ripping everyone off.

The room is clean and tidy, facing Gulangyu Island and adjacent to Zhongshan Road! Excellent location! The front desk lady and brother are attentive and smiling! I booked a duplex suite, which the children liked very much. Xiao Xiao at the front desk was very friendly. I will book this hotel again when I come to Xiamen next time.
