衞生：廁馬桶上有頭髮，沙發臟
設施：房間的燈暗沉，有一個壞了，會閃；花灑陳舊
環境：酒店是在二層，讓人有點難找

可能是旺季480多定的 裏面設備什麼的都很老舊 特別是入口還要提着行李箱上一層樓 周邊環境特別不好 入住前要三思 我們是帶着娃出門 不想來回折騰的還地方 所以住了幾天 這個地方也就值個2.300最多了

入住離店的時候遺落了一條皮帶，當時房間裏的機頂盒很閃，我隨手就拿腰帶壓着，結果離開的時候忘了，回來想起來打電話給酒店，酒店接起電話就説沒有，我説這個位置比較隱祕，在電視機後面，他們也不聽，就説沒有，打了兩三個電話，每個工作人員都一樣的口氣，不幫你確認就説沒有，本來住的位置讓人不爽了，現在這態度更不爽

隔音非常非常差，外面很吵，房間聽得清清楚楚。衞生間漏水。房間進去一股怪味。本來想着連鎖酒店，整體標準應該有保障，結果像災難現場。不會再來了！

套牌酒店雖然是漢庭可是服務衞生都不符合這個價格，衞生我一而再説馬桶很臟可是打掃衞生的人就看了還是説看不到，而且還沒弄乾凈，對不起這個價格，而且很高的樓梯對拿行李箱的人很不友好如果知道是這樣我就不去了，隔音也一般能聽到外面人説話那就更不用説我們説話外面能不能聽到，酒店衞生間是廂房式很一般，樓下衹有一個公交車站可是去景點都很不方便。

前台的女孩子服務都很周到，笑容燦爛，有親和力，業務技能都嫻熟，大廳有股很好聞的香味，客房大姐們很熱情，房間很温馨乾淨，房間裏設定都齊全，門口就有公交車直達南普陀和廈大，非常方便
