房間挺大的，床也很大很舒服，房間設施是智能裝置。前台工作人員很熱情，服務挺好。唯一一個不是特別好的點就是我這個房間面對馬路的，早上可能被車吵醒，不過我習慣了早起，沒什麼影響。

集美區集美學村很好的一家民宿，房間乾淨，智能化的設備，有現化感。附近環境也好，前面是鰲園，步行5分鐘就到沙灘。離集美大學，廈門工學院，華僑大學都比較近，打車過去很方便。

環境很好，位置也很好，在集美學村靠近鰲園的地方。去龍舟池，航海學院，園博苑都還蠻近的。在房間還可以看海，對面就是廈門高崎國際機場。房間的佈局也不錯，房間隔音很好，衞生也很不錯！更好的是服務超級棒👍🏻

民宿太好了真的，非常喜歡，裝修跟蘭芳裏這個名字非常配，很文藝，而且房間除了很漂亮之外就是非常乾淨，床也很舒服睡的非常好，衞生間也很乾凈，淋浴花灑水很大，前台的小哥哥小姐姐非常親切哈哈哈，打車什麼的都很方便，衹是這次行程太趕了衹住了一天，下次來會繼續選擇蘭芳裏🧡

本是公司出差，但銀台風煙花航班取消改高鐵票，想着離高鐵站近一些換了這家店。前台小姐姐温柔可愛，而且服務態度非常好，必須給個大大的贊，出門走兩分鐘就是海濤，落日時可以去海邊挖貝殼，海螺等海產物。邊上就是嘉庚公園和集美學村，地基位置和環境都非常好。唯一美中不足的是店裡的wifi不是很給力，如果是餘需要用VPN辦公的可能不是很方便，其他的都非常完美，推薦

衞生急差 床上鋪的裝飾毯都是臟的污點 小沙發上都是地上更重吃的殘留 此刻真希望是眼花看下洗手間地上都是頭髮還有體毛 馬桶裏還有紙片馬桶上放着一個毛巾也不知道是幹什麼的我叫服務員 服務員態度冷冷的説保潔沒有收拾乾淨讓我換間乾淨的 我説好 剛進去我就翻了一下枕頭就看見了體毛 我這還啥也沒有看呢 服務員態度惡劣那你退房吧 蘭芳裏旁邊有兩家酒店一個價格 當天報有大雨 帶着孩子我説把我房間收拾一下吧 真的一堆行李不想換 我帶孩子出去吃飯 回來一看除了洗手間那裡也沒有給收拾 退房 門口四個服務員離我不到一米沒有一個給開門 還有好多細節文字打不出我的氣憤 真的太真垃圾 好評圖片嚴重不符 還有沒有紗窗 開了半個小時孩子被咬好幾個了 屋子真的太壓抑噪音也特別大

超預期
因為第二天要去同安山裡的民宿
住島內擔心出島路上堵車
便決定住集美方便些
而且因為展會原因島內酒店價格浮動有點大
顯得集美的酒店超划算
這家以前我經常路過
被花磚吸引眼球
所以這次定民宿看到推薦果斷住他家
優點：
1、有車位，不過有限，我們趕上了最後一個車位
2、服務好好，前台帶我們到房間，幫忙提行李，很熱情
3、房間大小還不錯，我們因為來的晚，選的差不多最優惠的房型，窗户有點類似內窗，追求性價比的時候降低預期，所以也無妨
整體來説，性價比還是很高的，離集美周邊的景點都是步行可到的距離，👍

設施：智能小度控制，新奇的媽媽一晚上都在點小度幹活兒😅
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：門口就是嘉庚公園，拐個彎就是龍舟池，往後拐就是大社，集美一定一定要選晚上，晚上的集美才是最美的，有燈光有歌聲
服務：店裡的小姐姐都很nice，樓下3家不同菜色的餐廳都是同一個老闆的，新加坡菜，泰國菜，廣式糕點都有，味道挺不錯的，住宿的吃飯還能打折。

服務挺熱情的，大堂花磚和彩波增添了幾分閩南色彩，房間設施可能稍微時間長點，做工也會比較粗糙，並不是特別理想，窗外望去就是嘉庚公園和海，早餐挺讚的。
