A really good experience with Fangte! They helped us to upgrade our room without even asking them, appreciate it! Recommend to list the schedule of the theme park to travellers in the future, since there’s a 5-7min walk to the park entrance.

酒店裝修非常親子，房間很寬，配套的物件很高檔，小孩子很滿意。樂園分三個區，這次去了夢幻王國和東方神話，基本上能玩的都玩了一遍，體驗很好

首先呢給個五星好評！
設施：酒店很新設備設施都挺不錯的，不過有些小問題，比如廁所門關門後不容易打開，還是要多多維護一下。
衞生：這個真的沒話説，很好很棒👍🏻配的潔具是熊出沒套裝小孩子非常喜歡。提個小建議，地毯需要多清洗幾次。
環境：出門步行10分鐘就是主題樂園，酒店還有接送車。很方便。房間還有自帶花園，
服務：這個給你們點贊，酒店服務人員都很有禮貌，不過在辦理入住的時候希望能快一點，還有個就是再拿取寄存物品的時候希望能夠規範下流程，我等了快半個小時了，那天一家人玩的很累，長時間等待是非常考驗脾氣事情。不過好在順利找到。
整體的體驗還是很好的，入住很愉快。給你們點贊，希望你們加油。明年再見！

前台小哥哥小姐姐們服務非常熱情，一進門就是濃濃的親子酒店的味道，還主動幫忙拿了行李送到房間，沒有晚上説的那麼誇張，電話也是隨時都能接通，很驚喜很意外，停車施免費的。遺憾的是，這個自助餐和早餐看起來不太專業，毫無星級酒店的樣子，誰能想象得到這麼爆滿，回去繞了一圈，不是爆滿是其它沒有地方吃飯。大堂的服務，酒店的房間都很滿足，唯一餐食確實一般，有待提升。
