在市區勝利南路一段，交通方便，前台服務沒啥問題。看到三年內裝修過 才選的。結果失策。
【氣味】①床品被老煙槍醃入味了。②廁所有些反味，排氣扇嗡嗡工作十幾分鍾後有好轉。
【衞生】很難評，不算特別差，但淡季180的價格應該有更好的。
總體感覺像是面向本地市場的鐘點房，或者糙漢子將就一晚。如果是度假出遊 恐怕是住不舒服的。

酒店乾淨衞生，服務人員也很熱情，提供免費停車場，位置也好處於市中心，交通便利，周圍吃飯購物都很方便，性價比較高，值得推薦

房間還可以，客房衞生有點差，前面住的客人，都把襪子都丟在抽屜裏面，打掃客服衞生的人都不知道，還有就是服務態度很差，敲一次門就可以，從12點就開始過來敲門，一直催促客人，有可能睡的晚，不要一直過來就敲門，尤其是前台，客人下來退房了，等了半天都沒看見一樣，在跟別人聊天，在西昌還沒有，遇到這樣的酒店的服務態度

新酒店，推薦，火把節好多酒店都漲得多，這家良心商家，值這個價，裝修好，乾淨，舒適，大廳樹也漂亮，服務也好有停車場，吃的周圍也多火盆燒烤，下次還是首選

去參加比賽提前訂十多天訂的4個標間，訂的住3天，訂了還親自打電話確認過有房的，結果到了之後就衹有3個標間，另外一間就各種藉口要我們住大床房。要不就退單或加錢。最後一再要求下給我們勉強安了一個電梯旁邊的一個房間，電梯上上下下一直休息不好。第二天找酒店換房也不換。
前台態度惡劣，愛住就住不住退單就行。房間衞生也差，裏面頭髮都還有。要不是比賽在即來不及換了，肯定不會住的。沒有下次了，做的一直性生意。

房間很乾凈整潔，雖然臨街但是隔音真的很棒，設施也很新很齊全，唯一美中不足的就是衞生間的燈有點暗，鏡子的燈用不了，化粧擦臉的時候看不太清

位置佳，在市中心，離航天路步行約15-20分鐘，有自己單獨的停車場。雖然五一假日假期西昌酒店普遍偏貴，但這家酒店價格性價比很高。唯一的遺憾是房間有遺留上一位住客使用過的垃圾沒有清理，望酒店重視。
