The service was excellent, as the front desk kindly stored my backpack for me overnight, and allowed me to cancel my booking for one night due to unforeseen travel difficulties. The room itself was OK, though the bathroom facilities were mediocre at best and some of the lights in the room were flashing on and off. Overall not a bad place to stay but a bit pricey for the quality.

新裝修的酒店，很不錯，衞生乾淨，前台服務很棒，地下停車場停車免費，早餐很棒，味道好，酒店很用心，生日當天，酒店煮長壽麪送到房間，滿滿的感動，以後來西昌都住鳳凰御庭酒店。

前台服務態度很好最重要的是人也漂亮温柔，各式各樣的的早餐非常豐富而且營養健康以前住的酒店還沒遇見過可以提供早餐的網上訂房的還可以免查房交按金，酒店裡麪的床很大很軟很舒適衞生間都使用的馬桶，如果住上一晚會讓你流連忘返總之出行入住的話選擇鳳凰御庭酒店就對了。#位置繁華##早餐贊##服務好##床很舒服##設施新#

在攜程裏訂的酒店，非常滿意，有一種賓至如歸的感覺，首先前台接待很熱情，知道我們喜歡安靜，就免費升級了靠裡麪的房間，房間乾淨舒服，有免費地下停車場，早餐味道好，住在這麼舒服的酒店價格還很親切，總之是一個讓人流年忘返的酒店，有機會來，還會選擇，推薦這家酒店

酒店位置特別好，房間設施也特別新，前台告知是新裝修的，衞生很乾凈，一進大廳有機器人問好，感覺特別好，服務周到，來到客房碰到服務員也是很熱情，房間有免費苦蕎和礦泉水，床品也很舒服，酒店有地下停車場，出入方便，前台錄入後1自由出入，住這個酒店特別方便，中午下午可以點菜，還有機麻房間，早餐有很多，炒菜涼菜1，粥，蛋糕，土司，煎蛋，米粉等等！推薦買水果也是很棒的，周邊買東西特別方便，晚上可以步行去古城，開車去海邊也不遠

就在西昌市人民醫院附近，酒店一般，沒啥特別的。距離達達春天百貨也很近。還算安靜，設施比較陳舊。性價比一般，如果沒有更高要求，也是可以的。西昌是個氣候很好的小城，適合養老。

衞生：很乾凈，地毯也很乾凈
環境：特別方便，出門就是公交站台，離古城近，旁邊就是達達春天百貨，吃飯逛街方便。地下停車場。
服務：熱情，前台妹妹很熱情。
