老闆自家的房子，新建的朝南的房間，不錯，很乾凈很衞生，必要的用品都有。老闆人也很好，一次性杯子啥的都自取自用。導航有錯誤，應該找觀景民宿

房間沒有牙刷牙膏，連杯子都沒有，燒水壺臟。洗澡熱水要嘛就很小，要嘛就不熱。房間賊小，根本沒有寫的這個平方，東西都沒地方放。電視一直沒信號，樓下唱歌很晚了還賊吵。根本沒有服務人員，找不到人。節假日的性價比更是極低，這三百多的價格，連一百都不值，入住體感極不舒服。

房間很大，去景區挺方便。屬於一個比較冷門的地方，看得出是新開發的，村裡比較安靜，除了民宿其他設施很少，油價新昌土菜館吃飯還不錯，吃早飯的地方比較難找，要定有早飯的民宿。
