設施：設施很齊全，房間很温馨；
衞生：十分乾淨；
環境：離火車站很近，兩者之間就隔了一條馬路，夜晚周圍環境很安靜，可以睡的很安穩
服務：老闆很熱情，半夜下的火車，到達民宿時，發現老闆已在門口候着了，祝老闆生意興隆！

民宿就在興義站對面，隔着一條馬路就是，悠家民宿四個字非常醒目，我們是下午六點多到的，老闆早早就在門口候着了，老闆不僅待人熱情真誠，而且特別心細，考慮問題可週到了，讓人非常感動，還有，民宿的衞生也是非常的乾淨，沒有任何衞生死角，房間很温馨，床很舒適，雖然跟火車站就隔着一條馬路，可是晚上非常安靜，睡得很安穩，這是興義站周邊最好的一家民宿，希望生意越來越好

距離火車站直線距離一百米左右，老闆很熱情，房價價格比較實在，房價設施都很新，環境相對來説還是比較安靜，適合短期住宿。

首先，老闆認真很熱情！很好！還免費幫我打印的急需的資料，很感謝老闆，我很晚到，老闆來門口接我，服務態度很好哦。第二，房間很乾凈沒有異味，裝修不錯，我感覺應該是這附近挺好的。第三，入店很方便，就在火車站對面，晚到的話也會比較安全。第四，可能是在路邊隔音效果不是很好，會聽到外面的聲音，但是很小，不會很影響的。反正我覺得很滿意了，很感謝老闆，祝生意興隆！

設施：就是火車站邊的小旅館，設施很一般
優點：打理得很乾凈，老闆幫忙把箱子提到二樓
不足，我定的房間是既沒空調也沒有電熱毯，對付一晚沒休息好，住宿體驗一般。可能再貴一點有空調吧，性價比低
建議：沒空調的房間好歹配個電熱毯，不然大冬天的受不了
